Nos encantó y es muy probable que lo recomendemos!!!

Estaba muy bien equipada, buena ubicación, cerca de todo, frente al mar, disponibilidad de toallas de playa y de habitación!

Por ser un viaje familiar, no tuvimos la tranquilidad que buscábamos, por la ubicación tan cerca de centros nocturnos, aunque la pasamos muy bien y nos adaptamos. En realidad el único día que nos incomodó fue el sábado en la noche, los demás no tuvimos problema. El aire acondicionado no permitió varias la temperatura, pero me parece que era un problema del control remoto y las baterías, pero tampoco fue un obstáculo.

Very good

The balcony over the beach is great. The room is spacious and clean.

Host is not present, only by messaging. Apartments are too close to Coco Bongo, it's very noisy day and night. Bathroom is small (but did the job). TV channels are not interesting, zero sports channels. No complentary bottle of water. All in all is a bit pricy just for a room - no airport shutlle and no breakfast included,

Location, Location Location!👍

The Oceanview was spectacular with beachfront access. Location to nightlife, shopping and entertainment. Gated security and hotel staff arranged transportation for return to the airport.

Depends on the traveler but the nightlife music if you want to sleep before 4am

Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony, steps to the beach. Location close to night life. Kitchenette is useful if you want to prepare your own food.

No hot water, and the water pressure was very low so I could barely shower or flush the toilet. I only stayed 1 night but this would have been a problem if I had been staying longer.

Comfortable apartment with amazing views

the location is prime, and the views from the balcony are the best part of this location. the common areas as well as my room were immaculate. the restaurant has good food options (cash only!) and excellent service (Sra Silvia y Sr Jarocho), and the the hotel staff is kind and helpful- they made me feel like home.

I did not dislike the following but it is important to note: the hot water in the shower took a bit longer than usual to heat up in my apt. I just had to wait a few more minutes for the water to be warm to my taste. I usually waited soaking some sun in the balcony before going under the shower. Also, the coco bongo is a few meters away so if you are a light sleeper beware (I’m not).

I was surprised it had so many positive reviews.

Easy to get to airport. Beautiful oceanfront.

Very outdated. Music from adjacent venues blared until 2:45 AM. Not conducive to sleeping.

Great location and views, good for a couple of nights

Fantastic location if you’re in Cancun to party - right next door to Coco Bongo’s. Pool area is clean, easy access to the beach and property felt secure and safe.

Music from Coco Bongo’s plays until 3am and starts again around 8:30/9am so it’s virtually impossible to sleep. Water wasn’t very hot in the shower.

Disappointed at the noise levels and the apartments are in need of a makeover too.

The apartments are next to a whopping big nightclub, and others close by, which faces the beach and the road, with an outside bar and they pump our big bass music from 11 am til 2 am daily. Impossible to sleep. The apartment was a little jaded too.

Great View and Loud Music

The pros include the amazing water view and the proximity to the beach. The Salvia is located near a lot of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The security was good also.

The building is dated. There is rust and peeling paint on the balcony. The Salvia is next to Coco Bongo, a club with loud music and entertainment during the day and again at night. The music goes until 3am, so bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones if you want to sleep

Everything nice excepted for the horrible loud noise.

There was a incredibly beautiful view of the coastline and beach from our apartment hotel and the staff was very friendly. The size of the apartment was also very nice. We had booked the apartment for two nights but the extremely loud club music during the first night made it impossible for us to sleep. Thus, we requested a cancellation for our second night and the staff kindly allowed for this.

We had no idea that there would be extremely loud club music going from around the time we did our check in at 6 PM, all the way to 3 AM in the morning. The music was so loud particularly the bass that even earplugs did not permit us to sleep and less we did not go to bed until 3 AM.

Great Location, in the heart of Hotel Zone. Awesome ocean view. We enjoyed the stay!

Excellent View, Near to the several beaches, Great Location, Access to beach all day until mid night. Free Parking. Kids enjoyed so much. Swimming pool was good. Fair price for this location. Two suggestions - Need improvement in Bath and Food. The stay would have been complete if food was also included in the package. Especially American food :) I would have paid additionally if there was an option.

Beach party next door. Not too much of a problem for us. Especially not for late night sleepers. you wouldn't notice the sound until 12 PM. We felt it as a problem just from early morning 1 to 3 and just on Friday and Saturday. Only those two days they have this late night party. Host mentioned that they have raised complaints several times, Hope things will change.
