Lovely unit but no cup of tea.

Lovely, warm, comfortable unit.

hot drinks tray was not stocked and we couldn't have a cup of tea unless it was green, chamomile or peppermint.

Superb

Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice staff. We had back unit so it was quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from next door.

toilet paper holder was located where we had to twist back to get it so it was a bit uncomfortable but it’s a very minor issue.

Good location for us. We have stayed there before. The rooms were clean, fresh and roomy.

Just from a personal aspect, I didn't like the apartment location as the bedroom window was directly beside the carpark. Next we would make sure that we don't get that one.

Would definitely stay again.

The location was very good, close enough by car to the central city but also good shopping and cafes close by. The shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable and (in a 2 bedroom unit at the rear if the property) it was quiet. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

I found the lighting in the living area was a bit too dim for working comfortably on my laptop during the evening.

Exceptional

The room was cleaned and tidied each day to a perfect standard. The bed was very comfortable. New milk was placed in our fridge each day - awesome. The motel was within walking distances of many great restaurants.
