The location

The room was dirty. We didn't have hot water, even if it said otherwise. The drain of the shower was clogged, so we had to hurry up if we didn't want to overflood the bathroom. It had mold on the celling. The facilities on the balcony were almost unusable.

I chose this place for the location which was convenient for me.

The facility is very poor. It is old and not well maintained, The TV did not work properly, the light in the room was poor, the kitchen was poorly equipped and the cost was much too high.

I was completely uncomfortable with the place with poor service, specially the kitchen, stove, dishes, pans older, poor quality to use to cook (unsafe) etc. Was not my expectations at all. And the bad part is that the owner locked up the reservation, in another words I was forced to accept that conditions instead to loose my money. Was a bad experience that never I will use again. I do not recommend to anyone.
