Die Lage ist top! Old quarter und french quarter liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Obwohl die Lage so zentral ist, ist da Zimmer relativ ruhig. Personal ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Das Bett könnte etwas kleiner sein, damit genug Platz ist, sein Gepäck abzulegen.

Prima kamer, goede douche, erg schoon. Kluisje koelkast TV Airco werkte goed. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. De communicatie met het personeel was heel goed. Ik kreeg goede tips wat te doen en waar te eten.

De kamers waren erg gehorig. Helaas had ik Buren die erg hard en tot diep in de nacht aan het praten waren. Het hotel personeel vond dit erg vervelend voor mij en daarom kreeg ik de luchthaven shuttle gratis. Een erg mooi gebaar van ze.

The service was excellent, specially all the good service from Lyn who arranged trips and tickets.

We only stayed one night here and the staff was very friendly. They helped us communicate with our driver too. Breakfast was average compared to other hotels but they had good coffee so it was more than enough. Overall, a good hotel.

The location was a bit hard to find. The rooms are a bit smaller than other hotels’ in the area, but comfortable.

房型名稱的描述有誤導，入住的Cityview行政房，看過去是對面住家，掛著一堆內衣褲。 我們所住的這間，洗手台在房間裡面一進門的位置，沒有與住宿區域區隔開來。浴室和馬桶中間只隔一個半截的浴簾，地面濕濕不方便。但不是所有房間都這樣，訂房時要問一下比較好。

The staff were very friendly and gave us a room upgrade to a very nice clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was good and the hotel acted as a good base for exploring Hanoi.

The location was a little hard to find as it was down a small alley onto a busy road, which was hard to get a taxi from as the traffic was quite busy. But not too bad.

Esta metido en un callejón y la ventana de la suite que reservamos tenia las casas a dos metros, el desayuno malo y escaso , el café peor y además nos dejamos un gorro y algo de ropa en el armario y al volver por la tarde a pedirlo nos dijeron que no había nada

The staff were attentive and the location was good.

Overall, the room was not a space where I wanted to spend the time in. What you see on Booking.com is rather a visualisation or a well photoshopped artwork. The flooring in the room was really worn down. There were no windows and I did not know about it when making the booking - there is only a shaft behind the curtains. You can expect to get refilled disposable shower/soap bottles (clear folds on the bottles after the other guests and they get filled up over and over again during the stay). I was expecting to be spending time at a nice boutique hotel but the reality was far from it. In my opinion the place does not deserve the rating that it holds. The staff give you a survey upon checkout and offer you a discount while asking not to give bad reviews on here.

市街地ではありますが、少しだけ奥まっています。シャワーが少し弱いかなと思います。

The cleanliness of the rooms, lobby and breakfast area. The service staff at reception and the breakfast area was excellent. They helped organise transfers and a sim card and explained things clearly. The food served for breakfast was tasty too with lots of options. Location is good too, down a lane away from the busier roads in the Old Quarter.

Hôtel parfaitement placé pour visiter le centre ville de Ha Noï à pieds ! Et en particulier, l'emplacement est idéal pour les départs en excursions (Ha Long, Sa Pa, Ninh Binh) par bus : le point de rdv était à 100 m. L'hôtel est dans une petite allée, à 20 m de la rue, et du coup, nous n'avons pas été gêné par la circulation ! Sinon, la chambre était assez moderne, bien équipées, pas immense mais largement suffisante. Bon lit. Douche et WC séparés par le rideau de douche : c'est un peu surprenant, mais finalement ça ne pose pas de problème. Le petit déjeuner buffet était simple mais complet. Enfin, le personnel était adorable. Et le tout pour un tarif ultra raisonnable ! Nous avons tellement aimé, que nous avons repris deux nuits de plus !

L'inconvénient d'un hôtel en retrait, c'est qu'il est coincé entre les autres bâtiments. Donc il n'y a pas de "vue". En même temps, vers 18h il fait nuit noir, et ça toute l'année... donc c'est pas trop un souci.

Deși hotelul este situat în centru , și poziția lui nu e tocmai una stradală în momentul când pășești în interior ai impresia ca pășești pe un alt tărâm . Am rămas plăcut impresionată de design , amabilitatea cu care am fost primiți , curățenie , mic dejun .

Staff was fantastic. They helped us solve some issues we had and always had an amazing attitude. Mathew is outstanding and changed our room to a better one without any additional charges. Locations is perfect.

Amazing staff and customer service. However, The first room we had was not like the one in the pictures. Some rooms are way better than the others.

Πολυ καλό το δωματιο, χαρούμενο και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Θα ηθελα καλυτερο να ειναι το πρωινο. Τα δωματια πολυ καλα αλλα θελουν μια μικρή ανακαινιση.

Amazing place made this way by the wonderful and helpful staff. They all speak very good English, polite, and will actively give advise on the little things like transfer which is super helpful and can help you save some money. They helped us keep our luggage while we were away for 2 nights in Halong bay and then again on the day we flew out. Hotel is also excellent, clean comfy large rooms, and most importantly quiet! The hotel is tucked away in a side street and honestly that is exactly what you need in a loud city. Hotel is also has an excellent location 2 streets from the major highway making transfers easy and fast. Staff even helped organize a online delivery for me from their own personal account since mine was not working, really going out of their way to look after their guests.
