Pool was not crowded and hotel staff was very helpful.

You needed a room get to use the elevator. Each time I ordered food I had to go downstairs and after traveling so much I just didn’t want to leave the room.

the beds were really comfortable. breakfast and service at the restaurant was very good.

The walls between rooms did not isolate sounds well. we heard conversations in the adjacent rooms.

Staff- unfriendly, abrupt. Didn't inform us about ANYTHING at all. No details about pool, restaurant, breakfast, bar.... Also, 2 bottles of water for 4 guests in the room, and when I rang to ask for more, I was told there was a 2 bottle per room limit 🤷🏼‍♀️ High cost and cr@p service Lighting was very difficult to figure it in the room also. A tiny, finger tip sized switch, almost the same colour as the headboard, to control the bright headboard backlighting

Quiet comfy room and transfer to the airport. Coffe in the bedroom.

Lack of storage, cups/place for toothbrush. Fridge was very loud. We had to switch it of at night time.

Basic hotel. Poor value for the room but this is what it costs to stay near an airport in Miami. If I had to, I would stay here again given the options.

Location location near the airport was ideal.

Sunny, spacious hotel with excellent customer service. Parking was free and a pleasure. Loved the modern atmosphere.

Shower pressure could be stronger but it was fine. Also had to remind staff one day to clean room. Did not diminish our excellent experience.

Anfragen per Mail wurden nicht beantwortet. IT des Hotels wurde offenbar gehackt. Wir bekamen über booking dubiose Mails mit Zahlungsaufforderungen. Airportshuttle fährt nur stündlich und auch nur bis 11 am.

Ao chegar paguei pela minha estadia em cash, eles tinham feito uma pré-reserva no meu cartão e disseram que seria cancelada, e pediram um cartão para calção, passei meu outro cartão, o que ocorreu foi que a atendente não cancelou a pré-reserva, cobrou novamente a estadia + calção no cartão que seria para o calção, ou seja paguei 3x pela mesma estadia. Mandei uma mensagem para o hotel e começou o empurra empurra, já mandaram enviar um email para outro endereço, etc…. Quero ver agora como o Booking.com irá atuar nessa situação, vamos ver.

We wanted something close to the airport, this hotel was perfect for the purpose. Good bar on the 6th floor, food was surprisingly excellent. Staff very friendly. The courtesy bus driver were both very helpful

It’s a little noisy with the airport and highway outside but we knew it would be. Ear plugs would make a difference. However that is not a reason to not stop here

We were coming from the UK and had booked this hotel to stay in as we had a flight to catch in the morning. The hotel was lovely and we had a really comfortable stay. You can hear some noise from the planes, but this is definitely not a complaint as that is to be expected from any hotel near the airport. Unfortunately we were very delayed on our flight over and didn't arrive at the hotel until around 11pm and so never got to try their bar & restaurant The Pilot House, but there were fridges with food and drinks in them available if you needed to grab a quick snack. However, I have rebooked to come back in May so hopefully our we will arrive on time and be able to try it then. We took the shuttle in the morning and that was great to have and leaves very promptly. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend if you are looking for a pleasant airport hotel in Miami.

The shuttle bus driver did not turn up in the morning. The receptionist did not inform us and the others waiting. Eventually after much ado she ordered a taxi for 4 of us. Others ordered their own.
