Great unit. Clean and modern. Perfect location to the marina, shops and, most importantly, across the street from the coffee shop and bakery for the morning coffee run! Only issue was the lights over the bathroom sink. They blink on and off. Bulbs are tight because we checked. Electrical issue??

Parking is tricky here in the winter time. The available lots are close by, but the instructions are confusing.
You need to stay on one side of the lot for overnight parking so that they can plow if it snows. They alternate which side to use, every night, based upon the date (even or odd).
Problem is, what date is used? ( ie parking before midnight or after midnight). Which date is used is not clear and I’ve gotten tickets from Harbor Springs finest using either approach. I called the township office and they sound confused as well.
The ticket is only $10 if you pay cash the next day, so bring extra cash.

Apartment was well located for walking to shops/restaurants. Area has stunning views. Flower displays everywhere. Only negative is having to park off site.

Lovely experience, so clean and well equipped. Easy parking and loved being right downtown. The only negative is all the extra fees for just two nights, which made our $220 a night become $350 a night. Maybe we’ll go back to hotels again for these short stays.

Loved the location. Loved the apartment! Very cute and clean. Only exceptions were the pillow cases were dirty. I just re-washed them since there is a handy washer/dryer in the apartment. I killed 8 spiders while I was there. But otherwise, loved it and would definitely rent it again!

Perfect spot for a short stay in the area. Well appointed. Walking distance from everything, obviously. Kitchen allows for dining when restaurants don't have the reservation slot you're looking for. I would stay here again, and actually plan on it (now that I no longer live in the area).Property management was easy to deal with, professional, and clearly communicated check-in and check-out procedures.

I stayed here for 3 nights to work in the area, my daughter was with me and we were able to enjoy the town after work. I love Harbor Springs. This condo was in a great location and easy to get to everything in the town. I would recommend staying here.

Location downtown near(walkable) restaurants, pastry shop, pier, and Saturday's farmer market. There was easy parking (except morning of farmer's market, car had to be moved early) despite no designated parking lot. Only Apple TV available, which was a minor inconvenience.

My daughter and I thought this was the perfect place for a ski weekend. We could walk to restaurants and skiing was only 10 minutes away. Downtown is so cute. The lights on the trees made it particularly pretty. The place was clean and tastefully decorated.

The perfect place for us for the weekend! Everything we needed was provided, location in town was perfect, and directions to access the rental were so easy to follow. Condo was very clean and smelled fresh and clean. We will be back for many more stays!

We do recomend this place. Quite clean and well located on Main Street in the Downtown. Walking distance to main restaurants, so no car needed to go around of the Downtown. Small appartment but large enough for a couple.

Amazing Stay
The perfect place for us for the weekend! Everything we needed was provided, location in town was perfect, and directions to access the rental were so easy to follow. Condo was very clean and smelled fresh and clean. We will be back for many more stays!

Very nice property. There were a couple issue we feel need attention. The corners of the rug in the living room were curled up. Older guests find this dangerous. Trip and fall. Our solution was to place a book on the corner of the carpet. Guests should be pre-warned that cable tv is not available. The apple tv was not consistent and at times frustrating. The flap in the toilet tank needs adjusting. These are easy fixes and we are sure will be addressed. Please don't get the impression that we didn't enjoy our stay. Very pleasent.
