Perfect location, access to Imbi monorail from the building.
No bottle opener

The main location is linked to Time Square, and the view is great (if you're facing the skyscrapper)
It is not a hotel service but via someone waiting in the lobby to arrange for access and payment. The room environment is a bit outdated and old. If they would refurbish the place, it could be a great stay.

The room was very nice .. clean .. staff are friendly ..

The view is excellent. Robinson upgraded my room to a king bed with a view.
There is only 1 key card which is quite troublesome.

No front desk, no room service. Not possible to checkout before 6am.

Poor room amenities. 1 air conditioned is not working. Broken toilet flush. Hot water not working

what I was was delivered was different what was shown in site, I claimed and the staff did not do any action for the first day since i think it was over booked, the room was not good at all and after all , just tried to change my room for the next day, there was a lack of management
