Our room was nice and clean

Bad location the urber driver warned us not to be out walking around bad neighborhood, the next morning we were waiting on our ride and there was people laying in the sidewalks and a partially dressed lady was standing in the middle of the street and the area smelled awful. No places close to eat only one convenient store a block away. The attendant the evening we checked in was nice but the attendant the next morning rolled her eyes when we asked the nearest place to get something to eat.

THERE IS THEFT! They took my 2 credit card information from booking.com and took the amount they wanted, a total of $616 was stolen from me for small amounts. I blocked my card from continuing by closing the limit. I spoke to the hotel manager, she said she would refund but she didn't. I tried until I checked out, but they asked me for 3 days, 3 weeks later it still has not been refunded. I email the hotel manager and she never responds. I asked for help from Booking.com but I haven't received any results yet. I called my bank and requested a chargeback. There is theft in this hotel, NEVER GO!

I received a message about cancellation of my room after I landed into Miami from Texas after I was sent a text advising me that my stay was waiting .

The coffee machine in the room was not working and was not fixed after reminding 3 times and asked to get from the restaurant on the first floor.

Het was overall niet het mooiste hotel maar dat weet je van te voren ook wel.

Great place! I like rooms, but we need to get microwaves in the rooms; anything we have to go downstairs just to use the microwave.

Everything has been nice until we had to go for our breakfast. so, we booked for a room for 4 people with breakfast. when we went to the breakfast dining, the waitress said they charge breakfast. so i went to the concierge to ask. then she handed me a breakfast stub and it seemed like they forgot to give it to us when we checked in. Then she told me its only good for two people. i told her i booked for 4 but she just said that they only have breakfast for 2 and dismissed me acting like she didnt care. Then when we went back to the breakfast dining, she told us to sit down and she will come to us. And she never did!! she told us twice or 3 times that shes coming but we been waiting for 30-40mins already but she never did. we went ahead other people but they got their order already and we never even got to the menu. i dont know if its because we're asians or what. but its just so disappointing.

the staffs and the breakfast situation. not one was helpful except for the manager who seemed to listen to our complains.

Facility was clean

Smoke detectors were covered in tape!!! The front desk lady was rude and unfriendly. When I walked up, she didn’t acknowledge me at all. Not a smile, look up or “ I’ll be right with you” She ignored me for 10 mins while she played with the key machine. Her name was Kim I believe. Hair back in a tight bun.

The location was easy to access and for a last minute emergency booking the price was excellent. Holiday Inn is one of favorite hotel chains.

The agent did not inform me that your room key card was needed to gain access to your designated floor when using the elevator. I had trouble getting the key card to work, after several attempts we finally able to exit on the correct floor. Although it's been awhile since my last visit to this very location, I've never had to use my key card to access the elevator. However I do like that other guests just can't roam the different floors but does cause a bit of an issue if you have family on different floors and you want to check on them.
