every thing was broken from cough bed toilet ventilation. not as advertised. Dark street and creepy neighbors sitting in front. even that we didn't stay for more than one hour and complaint about the facilities we didn't get any penny back.

Breakfast not provided. Location good for Wynwood, but would have preferred a location closer to UM. Didn't realize how far we were from grandson's apartment, as we were helping him move from one location to another. Of course this was not the owner's fault. Wynwood is a great place to visit, though. We also went to Versailles Restaurant in Little Havana and enjoyed the food. Owner provided essentials - soap, laundry facilities, condiments, coffee, paper towels, trash bags. That was nice, although we only ate breakfast and didn't return until late, for bed. Neighborhood was quiet, away from the hopping scene of Wynwood. Apartment was clean. Nathan, our host, was nice and accommodating when when we had an issue with the TV.

The bed was too hard for my taste. There was no dining table, only high stools provided against a bar. It was difficult for me to climb onto a stool due to my short height and a bad back.

The location is perfect for night life. It’s also on a dead end.

The actual street isn’t the greatest looking but that’s not the owners fault.
