1) Entrance door lock. not digital, felt unsafe 2) Digital control for aircon, seems faulty or difficult to read 3) Most important, the return of deposit , till today (25/08/2023), (as promise to return after 2-3 days) yet received

No daily cleaning n bed was not made. Towels are not change daily

Location was fabulous - so close to the klcc suria shoppimg centre, petronus towers. Communication was prompt and good.

It was unfortunate that the pool and sauna facilities were under renovation/construction during the time we were there. Some of the other facilities were not open either. The place was a little dated and not maintained as well as it could have been.

my stay at the Tropicana hotel was terrible, the room was in a disgusting state - so dirty that it looked like a pig pen .... the coffee table was broken, the carpet was all stained, the sofa stank disgustingly, the bedding was like after the other people, as well as a broken sink cabinet, dirty faucets and no view from the window!!!! also, after what I saw, I asked the question - can I get my money back and not spend the night in this pigsty, to which I was told there would be no return ... they also demanded a deposit so that I didn’t break anything - by the way, there was already breaking nothing, since absolutely everything was broken before my arrival - the most negative memories of this night, I ask the management of booking.com to investigate these scammers and return the money to me in full

Central location, easy walking distance to KLCC

Was given a room that had serious mould issue in the bathroom - ceiling. (This has been fed back to host). Bath/shower area was not clean. The whole unit smelt musty and damp. There were no tea/coffee provided in the kitchenette and no boxed tissue. Both, you would expect in an apartment/hotel. Could improve on check in process. Take note that you are required to pay RM 300 deposit prior to being able to check in.

Location is awesome, it was just next to Twin towers.

Very less utensils, only 1 pan was provided, no detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Other than that the stay was okay.
