Simple check in and out - easy to park - close to restaurants and parks - soft bed - great showers - quiet/safe neighborhood - new and clean

We were only in town briefly, but the short time we spent was wonderful. Everything was great.

We chose this property based on its proximity to USF which is perfect. For our morning journey to coffee, we had to venture a little further looking for local shops. All in all, the location was great for using public transportation and getting where we wanted. The neighborhood is very quiet and the owners respond quickly.

Overall experience was very good. We really liked the location and the accomodations were just what we needed. It would help to have curtains in the bedrooms that block out the light. The outside lighting comes directly into the rooms.

This place is easy access to public transportation as well as quite a few interesting places withing walking distance. The beds are comfortable, it was clean, very minimalistic but served our purpose. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend it.

Quaint little space. Very clean, bright and new. Beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was that there was no stove and dorm sized fridge. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Comfortable, clean, modern… all the basics covered. A nice, no frills home base for seeing SF and super close to USF. Parking was exceptionally convenient — with the important caveat that we used the car every day. You will get ticketed if you leave your car on the street all day, as it clearly states in the listing. We did hear the upstairs residents occasionally but it was never disruptive. Very quiet, residential neighborhood.

Clean, great bathrooms and excellent property owner

Fantastic spot in a quiet private neighborhood, close to shops and all San Francisco has to offer. Unit is all newly renovated with nice bathrooms, great showers and super comfy beds. Street Parking was easy and close access to the highway and Golden Gate Bridge. Communication was great and access to the unit was a breeze. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed this property. Plenty of room for us all. The back courtyard was a nice place to sit, relax and have coffee. The host was very accommodating. Thank you again, Ethan, for your hospitality.

Great location for USF visits

Clean comfortable stay. Showers were great! Only improvement would be to allow access to washer/dryer

My 3 friends and I spent 2 days at Ethan's rental and had a fantastic time. The unit was just as described! Very fresh and clean with modern conveniences and comfortable furnishings. Just the perfect size for 4 adults, with a king bed, a queen bed, and a large sectional in the living room, not to mention 2 large and beautiful bathrooms! It was located in a great spot in the City--safe and within a close walk or drive to many great landmarks. I was able to enjoy SF's cool summer weather on a nice morning run to Golden Gate Park, which is less than a couple of miles away. Ethan was a fantastic host! He was super responsive, accommodating, and flexible, meeting all of our needs during our stay. Parking is relatively easy to find if you have a car or have guests come to visit you during your stay. I'm so glad we chose to book our stay here rather than book a hotel. Thanks again, Ethan!

Great stay

Property met expectations. Awkward portion are the stairs leading to the main residence are open. We are quite certain there is a door to stop renters from entering the main residence. It would be nice to have a similar door at the top of the stairs to stop owner from entering the renter residence as well. No door makes it a bit uncomfortable. All in all it was a nice stay hence the positive rating, but this is addition of a door would be very welcome.

We visited San Francisco for a long weekend and this place was a perfect spot. It was centrally located and not far from anything. Parking was a breeze (a huge plus in SF). The place was clean and the listing was accurate.

Our family stayed here for three nights. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed. The only downside was the street parking. We were able to find a good spot, but we had planned to mostly use public transportation once we arrived. So we left our car parked on the street and ended up getting a parking ticket because during the day you are limited to parking there for 2 hours unless you had a permit.

This space was in a great location for us to make it to Escape from Alcatraz triathlon. Lovely quiet street with easy parking. Space was great for our family . Great unit - spacious and bright! Ethan was on top of everything…
