Location was on the center of the Main Street.

in a few words - noisy and dirty, full of bugs, basically a construction site. I would’ve been upset if it was a hostel so for so called luxury hotel it’s just a no no.

This property felt luxurious. It had an unbeatable view of the lake, well-kept outdoor space with cozy seats, and the staff were wonderful. It was also extremely close to town center, just a few yards from good food, and was a great base for climbing volcanoes. Our dog loved the room and the outdoor space, and the staff were so sweet and friendly with her.

I absolutely loved how beautiful the property was! very modern, very clean, unforgettable.

the rugs in the property were dirty, their were random people walking around the property at night, dog poop on the lawn, I was under the impression that everything shown on the picture was ours for rental but it was actually shared. i had a weird experience with the staff named Yosef, he was really nice at first but then started asking me to Zelle or PayPal him directly for the property rather than using my credit card that was on file. He then started calling me nonstop saying I left without paying him, very very weird!

Location was great, facility was nice, Joseph was very helpful.

This is very minor, but my only feedback is that the booking should include more detailed directions. That said, Joseph was there to meet us at a nearby restaurant so it worked out.
