This was a nice option for a few nights stay in Lexington. The property was as shown in the listing and the owner was very communicative. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. If you need a large yard to let your kids play or a view, this listing is not for you but otherwise it is a great option.

Check in was a breeze with simple instructions sent a couple nights before arrival. House is well stocked, decorated nicely and the beds are so comfortable. Close to campus and a very nice area. Would absolutely stay here again.

The loft was exactly what we needed for our extended stay in Lexington. It was very convenient to everything. The garage door was very sticky and did take getting "the hang of opening", but we worked it out.

This open and bright 2 bedroom condo was just the right size for our family of 4 adults. The property has everything you need for a relaxing visit to Lexington. We especially liked the patio for our morning coffee. Close to many restaurants and just a short drive to some fun hikes with great views.

Great space to relax, clean, comfortable and quite. Erica responded quickly to my questions. The location was a short direct drive to downtown and shopping centers. Would recommend.

We traveled to Lexington to attend a horse show at the Kentucky Horse and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was very clean, and we totally enjoyed our stay.

We did some hiking in the area. The house was great with easy access to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was a great size for our family. Very clean, with comfortable beds, and cute decor. The little snacks left for us and Keurig coffee pods were a nice touch - my son was thrilled to have a chocolate treat on his pillow!!! It was also plus to have a washer and dryer. The patio was super cute and we would have enjoyed it if we had better weather. On arrival we did have trouble with the code sent for the door but Erica called me back right away and was able to get us inside. We would definitely stay here again!!!

A+++. This place is great. We were very impressed with the unit. It offers a great outdoor space to relax after a day exploring Lexington. 10 minutes from downtown and close to the highways. The unit was very clean and included coffee and snacks. Very quiet yet close to everything. Will certainly look to book this unit if our travels brings us back to the Lexington area. The owner is very responsive and proactive with the check-in process. Do not hesitate to book this unit if you are traveling to Lexington. A+

Super cute and fun townhome! We enjoyed having wine on the lighted patio and the coffee bar was excellent! We would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 3 days, just my husband and myself along with my 7 year old. The home was very clean & everything was easy to find. The access to food, essentials, and anything else we needed in town was easy. The coffee bar in the home was well setup. The beds were very, very comfortable as were the pillows. The owner was very communicative before and during our stay. There is a TV in the living room area with access to pretty much any app you need (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, etc) Ice was ready in the freezer for us and there were plenty of dishes & cocktail glasses as well as silverware & cooking utensils. Although we did not have a pet, the place is pet friendly, so there is a bed provided for a small dog as well as food bowls etc. There is a tower fan in the loft area bedroom which makes it easy to regulate the temperature in that area. Towels were very soft and fluffy. The downstairs bedroom stays comfortable which is where my 7 year old slept. The neighborhood was quiet. We did not have any issues with noise during the night. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Home is very clean, the owners communication is outstanding. This townhome is in a very nice and quiet part of town yet only 10 minutes from Rupp and campus. Will definitely return!

We had the best time! The place was amazing

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while our daughter participated in a week long camp at Asbury University. My husband was able to work well with the desk setup in the loft, and we liked the closeness of the loft to restaurants as well as to Jacobson Park for walking our little dog. We had a relaxing, productive and enjoyable stay.
