Location, price, clean, quiet. Full size kitchen.
Spider in sink, bathtub faucet sticking out of wall (not flush), dryer took 3x cycles to dry anything (clogged?).

I liked the kitchen with a very well stocked utensils,pots, pans, and spices.
Not enough towels for four of us, tv in the living room was not working, toilet paper left for us was only half a roll and no extra, no extra carbage bag.

Upon arriving the parking lot was clean. The building and lawn were beautifully kept. When my family and I walked in to the apartment the temperature was comfortable. The home was very clean. The decor was warm and welcoming.
After a long day of walking around town and the beach we had to walk up five sets of stairs.

The apartment was well kept and clean, the location was perfect and close to all of the cool stuff! The beach was literally a 6 minute drive, perfect!
The washer and dryer combo while convenient took a really long time to dry one load. Other than that a perfect stay!
