Liam was great from the start. His communication was A1, there was plenty of space. The rooms don't have tv's in them, but it was perfect for bonding. He also had games available which was awesome.

I have a large family with six adult children. We decided to visit our extended family in Philly for Thanksgiving. The place was great for our large family. There was plenty of room, very clean, and Liam and Mike were responsive. The place was a few blocks downtown, so easy access to all the sites and also the highway. I would stay there again.

Very clean. Host is very responsive and ensures that there is proper communication and expectations. Close to landmarks with a quick Uber ride. Plenty of space— traveled with 4 other people— we each had our own room and bathroom.

We were here from Wisconsin with a team of 10 boxers and 5 coaches/drivers. The setting was perfect for our needs, safe neighborhood but varied enough for the team to get a flavor of Philly. Walking distance for anything we needed, and an easy 3mile run to the Rocky statue each morning.
Cooking for our large group was a challenge and I would recommend bringing large bowls, pots and pans if you have a large group to feed. Other than that most everything we needed was there or easy to get.
Parking is an adventure in itself but we were always able to find something.
Thanks for having us, we'd likely stay again if we are ever back with another large group!

Property was nice. Neighborhood was a bit rough but no issues. Good location to easily get to where you want to be in Philly. No issues with Property Manager.

Location is close to all major activities (within 10-15 mins) acquarium, zoo, touch museum, center city, etc. Also was able to get in touch with hosts for a few minor things within minutes - very accessible and very accommodating on all fronts!! The property is better than advertised - certainly recommend staying here for families (we had 4 adults 4 kids).
