People be careful images of the rooms and outside which you seeing in online sites that’s not true I went and before checking in there is bad smell in the room all the woods are broken there is air frailty I informed management about this they said if u don’t like go nd talk to fab hotel team then they send us out literally, immediately I put a text to fab hotel team they asked me to prove with evidence (photos of room) how I can take pictures of bad smell and the hotel management send us out they not allowing me to take a photos also finally fab hotel management said we can’t return me amount without any evidence I felt cheated then one r two days after one girl called me from fab hotel management for feedback I was explained everything she said no need to talk about this and cuts the call very bad experience pls people don’t trust fab hotel extremely cheating happening in this platform be aware there is no option to share the voice note of that girl and screenshot of Mail conversation with Fab hotel 🤬🤬🤬

Property doesn’t give look appearance $ safety for family to stay. We have requested for refund but they haven’t. I didn’t checked. I feel that Hotel rating listed in Booking.com doesn’t match with expectations
