The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to move from anywhere, and the staff are wonderful and friendly. The size of the rooms is suitable and the decor is more than wonderful. I will return to it again.

One word describes Imperial Hotel Tokyo "exceptional". From the moment you step into the hotel the staff welcomes you with courtesy and service that is exceptional. Our room was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed with all the items anyone would need. Definitely a five star hotel in everyway. Japanese hospitality (omotenashi) at its finest.

If you are looking for a traditional hotel, you can't beat this one; probably the nicest big hotel I have ever stayed in (and that list includes some very nice hotels). Great staff; well thought-out, "smart", rooms, lots of choices for eating in easy walking distances.

It is a superb instalations with all the staff very helpful and eager to please the guests, the buffete is excelent, the reception and concierge very helpful, I left my phone in a taxi and the bell boys were excelent in helping to recover it fast and whithout any problem.

I came to Tokyo with my daughter in preparation for our hike of Mt. Fuji. The Imperial was the perfect stop off point. Luxurious, courteous, and very friendly to non-Japanese speakers. Very helpful staff.
