Traditional hotel so the rooms are relatively bigger but kind of aged. Breakfast variety was limited but sufficient. Location is perfect, in the middle of Nagoya Station and its building has department store and two floors of restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

First time staying here. We were in Nagoya visiting Ghibli Park, and staying at this hotel really made the entire trip a wonderful experience. Hotel itself is very nice, and the access to transportation is great. There are so many shopping areas near by, and also there are so many restaurants right below in the tower. Yes, the hotel sits on top of the shops and restaurants. If I ever go back to Nagoya, I’ll be staying there again for sure.

Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom and great view. Check out is noon, which allows the guests to be more relaxed. The location is close to Kintetsu Line. But, $$$, so, no wonder.

Very good location linked to nagoya station easy to connect subway or shinkansen. However we expect better service from a 5 star hotel. Cleanliness very good too.

Great travel hub to see the areas south of Nagoya and come home and enjoy fantastic food options and shopping. The view is also beautiful.
If you want to see Kyoto, Osaka, hemiji, Nara, this is a great hub to stay and enjoy luxury and convenience.
This area reminds me of Tokyo without as much of the craziness. Happy with my stay and would recommend to others
