Good bed and clean rooms. Breakfast was basic and the water in the shower would go from cold to hot.

It's a little far from Old Walker, but it's quiet and pleasant, so it was nice to stay. Breakfast was great too. Above all, there were friendly and responsible employees, so there was no inconvenience. If I go to Hanoi again, I will choose this hotel.

Property looks brand new and was just remodeled. Staff at check in go out of their way to help . They assembled my babies crib right away. Breakfast had many options. Loved the ice Vietnamese coffee. Pool view is amazing. Bar looks beautifully lit at night . Room is so comfortable.

A great experience at Le Jardin, the staff was so nice during our stay here, and the location was amazing which on a peaceful street and near almost all the famous spots in Hanoi. I got many recommendations for the food and place to go and absolutely satisfy with it.
Highly recommend!

I didn’t like the shower. It was in the bath and quite difficult to get into. Also hard to stop the water from flooding the floor.
The staff were very helpful and the location was good.

Stairs out front, not enough tea bags in room if any.

Really poor service from the staff, it clearly states they have 24/7room service, wich is not the case here. We called room service at 9:45 p.m and they couldn't offer any room service since the kitchen apparently was closed. Doesn't sound like 24/7 room service to me. This hotel is not really providing any 4 star service, more like 3 star at the most. Won't stay here again. Also the staff in general are really lazy and not very helpful. The only staff that actually doing they're job are the bell men opening the front door every time you come and go

A really nice and well located hotel. Good value for money, lovely breakfast, nice rooftop swimming pool with a view.

Greeted by a really friendly and helpful receptionist who couldn’t do enough. We stayed just the one night. No complaints about the room and the breakfast was amazing. From English to continental to Vietnamese - all really good. Only minor gripe was that it was 15 minutes walk to the old quarter. It felt a little bit in the middle of no where.

The pool bar in the roof is wonderful! The hotel is really great. The only drawback is that the views from the room window can be awful. I overlooked a chaotic heap of construction materials on the roof of the neighbor's house.

Definitely not a 4 star property. The pool area was tiny, constantly understaffed and always dirty with dishes and bottles.
The entire property had a weird smell.

A great refuge from a busy somewhat chaotic city. Breakfast service was outstanding.

The design of the bathroom we had (combination shower/tub) and room lighting was poor: it was absolutely impossible to take a shower without completely soaking bathroom floor. No lights by the beds, just overhead can lighting directly in your eye. Very helpful and super nice staff.

Very clean and tidy hotel
Location isn't great... Need to walk/grab/taxi anywhere
Biggest problem was: hotel locks air-conditioning settings behind desk at reception. Asked on 2nd day to change to air conditioning instead of heat (they changed for a few hours) again in evening was set to heater so called reception but they refused to change stating it's winter in Vietnam bla bla
Furthermore, the bath tap was (I don't know if it was deliberate) set so weak it took over 1 hour to fill the tub sufficiently with water (shower and hand wash basin water pressure was absolutely fine)
All in all, it seems this hotel is taking a lot of sly shortcuts.
They shouldn't offer a bath tub if they don't want customers to use it.
Don't place a temperature control unit in the room if they want to remotely control the room climate behind the desk.
Absolutely ridiculous....

Absolutely amazing value (~$65 USD for one night). Very welcoming, clean, new rooms. The breakfast in the morning is also quite tasty.
The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed the day we were there.
