Check in was quick, friendly & efficient. Room was lovely and spacious with a runway view as i requested, so very pleased with that. We are both Travel Agents so a bit geeky like that. Bathroom was spacious and a great shower. My only issue was bed was hard for me. Im used to a softer bed. Felt like i had been punched in the arm in the morning. But sure it would suit other people. Food was excellent in restaurant and staff were again very efficient.

Clean and comfortable room, ideally located for the aurport, comple of minutes walk. However we travelled with our baby and although says family friendly, there is no where to heat food or bottles except asking for the kitchen to do it for you which isnt helpful at night

Lovely hotel but the parking was difficult.
You couldn’t stop without paying £5. No parking at the hotel and so had to take actual airport parking - even though I wasn’t flying anywhere.
Uber cabs can’t pick u up or drop anywhere - double red lines in all the roads.
I was visiting NEC and thought hotels at airport were cheaper nightly rate but I ended up paying about the same with expensive parking and taxi costs.
Disappointing room service - very limited menu but the restaurant was already booked for the normal dinner period.
Room was lovely but the other things overshadowed my stay.

The hotel itself was very good, comfortable and well designed. The only drawback which was very unfortunate was that there is no car park and one is forced to park in the nearby NCP car park. This leads to paying double. This should be clearly stated when booking. If you're planning to stay here, don't bring your car!

It was a relative good stay but surprised that the hotel had no amenities. I asked for cotton pads and they wanted to sell them to me. Not why I expect from a this level of hotel.

The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was lovely, very helpful and friendly. But we were disturbed by the room next to us partying from 1am till 3.30am and despite a call to reception this was allowed to continue which ruined our sleep.

Hotel was good but beware they have no parking. You have to use the airport parking which even with the hotel 50% discount is a rip off. £30 for overnight is obscene. I will go elsewhere in the future.

We stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. We were given a fantastic room overlooking the runway. What an amazing view. The room was so quiet ( excellent sound proofing) and really comfortable. We even got a bathroom with a bath and shower.
The food in the restaurant was wonderful. The evening meal was a little expensive but we really enjoyed it. The breakfast had everything you could want. So much to choose from. Full English ,pastries, waffles and fruit etc.
We will definitely stay again.

Disappointing and not what you would expect from a Hilton airport hotel. Allocated a disabled room although we ordered a normal room. Wash basin cracked and leaking, shower unusable & suffered noise throughout the night from next room, which had an interconnecting door, presumably for a carer? Woken up at 4am by drunken loud, foul mouthed guest who was banging on neighbouring door as he had lost his door pass. Hardly slept all night, breakfast was disappointing, cold, dried up bacon, toaster that didn't work. Will not stay here again as Ibis Budget Hotel next door much better quality

I used a free night for this stay, we were told on arrival that due to the price we paid we could only have a disabled room or single beds. The room was too hot, the lights didn’t work nor did the tv. I won’t booked this hotel again.

Got room 703 with hair inside toilet and dirt sink. The lady said “it’s fine we gonna change your room”, usually we use “I’m sorry…”

I anticipated arriving late, and I called the hotel to let them know. I drove up to the door to drop off my bags before returning my rental car, and check in was quick and easy. With my late arrival, and an early flight to catch, I did not get to check out the facilities outside my room this time. I look forward to doing so on my next stay here,

Perfect for overnight stay Pre or post holiday. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but service was superb and their room was spotless. There’s also a great fitness suite if anyone wanted a workout too!
