Nice hotel, in a great location just off a busy street. The staff are extremely friendly and go out their way to help with ideas/ the next leg off your trip. The hotel room we had was a bit old so not the best but bedroom was comfortable. The restaurant below the hotel was our favourite in Hanoi, definitely stay again if back.

Friendly and helpful staff and a good quality breakfast to start the day

Our room was very spacious, clean and the decor was pretty and well done. We had a higher level room with a view which I recommend. Our meal in the restaurant was very good and service was great! The service levels from the moment we walked into the hotel until we left was top notch. They were attentive and also arranged transportation back to the ship. Rooftop bar was also nice. Great value!

Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Great restaurant downstairs and their food was delicious. The staff at Solaria hotel go above and beyond for you. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient to a lot of markets, stores and restaurants. When we checked out, we received a good bye gift from the hotel and it was one of my favorite things to bring back home to NYC. Highly recommend !

Outstanding hotel. Perfect location. On a “quiet” street right around the corner from all the action of the old quarter. Room was clean & comfortable. We had a standing balcony overlooking the front street. Best of all were the helpful and cheerful staff. Every single staff member went out of their way to be helpful, from booking transportation, and tours for us (thank you, Mr. Liam), giving advice on sightseeing (thank you, Mr. Eddy and Mr. Matt) escorting us to the train station, and helping us find our berth, setting up our Sim cards, and, getting us a room to shower in even though we had already checked out after we came back from our train journey to pick up our luggage that was stored there. Absolutely unbelievable service. We would definitely recommend and would love to return.

We had a great experience during our stay at Solaria! The staff were super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations. This hotel might have the best hotel staff I've ever stayed with and the location is perfect for anyone who wants to experience downtown Hanoi. The rooftop bar was cool too.

Great Lobby, Spa, Restaurant, Rooftop Bar and of Course the ROOM! We used All the amenities on site and the suggestions for some great restaurant and site recommendations for the nearby area. Friendly, English speaking front hotel staff was very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we sent an email to Solaria Hotel Hanoi, Liam replied to us effectively and gave us recommendations. His professionalism and efficiency is very remarkable. We were at Room 401 (then Room 701) facing the front street which is busy but still quiet compared to the other streets. The hotel room is very clean and the washroom is spacious enough for us two. Toilet has a bidet which is a plus! Hotel buffet breakfast is located at the 8th floor with different Vietnamese and western food. Eddie and the restaurant staff were very helpful! You can also order a-la-carte with many delectable options! I highly recommend their mini Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, their freshly baked pastries and French-toast (though I wish they have maple syrup instead of honey and chocolate) and of course all the pho’s in the menu. The breakfast also offers fruit drinks and sliced tropical fruits to enjoy. The hotel has a rooftop bar too! The location of the hotel is walking distance to every shops, cafes, restaurants in old French quarters. It’s near the lake (one block) and easy walk going to St. Joseph Cathedral. Walking around, you can find many trees along the side walk which added to the beauty of the Hanoi! You can find many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Merci Liam and Solaria Hotel Team for a wonderful Hanoi experience! You and your team gave us an extra ordinary hospitality! You are indeed an asset of Solaria Hotel.

Nice enough. Would I stay here again maybe.....they prepared a nice breakfast box because we had to leave before bfast. No VIP benefits given...more of a re occurring expedia story though. Never happens

Brilliant hotel .

The service and staff of this hotel is impeccable. We enjoyed every single day of our stay.

Fantastic service. The knowledgable staff all spoke English and were constantly asking if they could do anything to help. We were a bit cold so they brought in a portable heater. They gave us advice on where to go and eat. We had an early flight out (we requested transportation to the airport which was smooth) and so they packed us sandwiches and fruit when we checked out. Room was clean and quiet. Wifi was fast. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. Highly recommended!

Excellent friendly staff and fantastic breakfast included

I have been in multiple places around the world, but I can tell you Solaria team is definitely on the top for the most friendly, attentive and welcome people. We had never felt so welcoming and comfortable in a hotel like Solaria. Their staff helped me and my wife with anything we needed, from recommendation around the city to tips for enjoying our trip better. The hotel is clean, rooms have a good size and the hotel is located in the best spot in Hanoi. We stayed twice in this hotel in our trip to Vietnam and we will absolutely stay in Solaria when visiting Hanoi again. They have a great selection of food for breakfast, a great sky bar and 2 restaurants in the property. Congratulation again for the entire Solaria team, from management to bellman, you guys are awesome and thank you again for making our trip to Vietnam so special

Excellent in every aspect. Staff are welcoming and friendly, especially Eddy. Decor is updated and room is clean and spacious. We stayed on 7/F so we couldn't hear any noise from the outside when the balcony door is closed. The rooftop bar is stunning. Wide choice for breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent staff. Very helpful & friendly. Spa attached to hotel was convenient & very reasonable in terms of price. Hotel located next to great shopping & beautiful lake. Eddie the breakfast manager was very helpful as well. Food at breakfast was tasty.

I cannot say enough good things about all the staff working at this hotel. They will go above and beyond in ensuring you have a wonderful stay in their hotel and in Hanoi. Rooms are great and the location is simply perfect!

Staff was just amazing and catered to all our needs including preparing breakfast boxes for us because we were leaving very early to the airport. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet was a 10/10. Keeping doing a great job team Solaria !

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Eddie Bui who helped us with check in and answering questions about Hanoi. Front desk staff helped us with purchasing show tickets and offering restaurant recommendations. The free breakfast was also good. Decor was nice too! My only complaints are that there were small red ants in the bathroom. The bed was very firm and not ideal for me.

It was very nice to stay at Solaria. Above all they are very very kind. Good location, delicious food. Wanna go there again.
