The condo at Ocean Park was perfect for my solo trip to the area. The location is excellent! As a female traveling alone, I appreciated that I felt safe parking, walking around and staying in this location too. It's walkable to the beach and many great restaurants and shops, even in nearby Venice Beach. I loved the little bodega down the street too, where I could easily get necessities and great food and wine for my stay. The layout of the condo was perfect and the kitchen was very well equipped. I didn't do much cooking, but I had what I needed if I wanted to. I only wished there was a tea kettle. I don't like using a Keurig coffee machine, but this was a personal preference. The bed was very comfortable as were all of the furnishings. The large closet was perfect for storing my clothes and tucking away my large suitcase. I enjoyed having the little balcony to relax on too. There is no Air Conditioning, but the fans and cooler weather made this tolerable. If it were hotter weather, this might be a concern for some. But, opening up the patio door and windows at night to let the fresh air inside helped a lot and there is pretty much always a breeze. The host was quick to respond to questions and you could tell that they wanted to provide as much info and items for the home as possible to make it a comfortable stay. They were successful! As a fellow host, I can be picky, but I would certainly stay here again!

My girlfriend and I spent a week here. It was hands-down the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Gorgeous apartment, very clean. The landlord provided very detailed instructions for our stay. The landlord was very prompt replying to our questions. Great experience overall!!

Really could not have been any better! The unit was absolutely perfect for my stay of 10 days. They literally had everything you could possibly need and the responsiveness was fantastic. So convenient to the beach, Santa Monica and all the things you might want to do. The amenities were top-notch with absolutely nothing missing. I would come back here time and time again!

We loved the condo; it's bright, clean and updated. Perfect space for my spouse and me to visit our grown daughter who lives in Santa Monica. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Geoff was responsive to our questions and gave very thorough and thoughtful instructions. We'd stay here again!

Great property in a nice neighborhood. Condo is very clean and modern & well supplied. We enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub & pool, especially after a day out in LA or biking along the beach. Condo is in close proximity to good restaurants. Geoff is a terrific host and was able to walk me thru the check-in process. It would be helpful to have more spices in kitchen besides salt & pepper. Overall, property is terrific and would stay here again!

This apartment has been beautifully renovated, was bigger than anticipated and is stones throw to the beach, restaurants and downtown Santa Monica.

Property is clean and great for 2 people. Walking distance to beach and great restaurants. Comminication with property manager/owner was easy. Safe secure building with beautiful balcony and grounds.

Quality and comfort! These owners take hospitality seriously--only the best here. Condo is appointed with every amenity one could need (the bed is to die for!); location is fabulous (four blocks from the beach, what?!); communication with owners is a breeze. Better experience than at any of the many hotels we've stayed at in the Santa Monica area. Definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful, well furnished apartment with close proximity to the beach for after-work walks while working remotely!

Perfect place to stay! The apartment was so clean and modern. Great location. I would totally recommend this place to anyone traveling to California who wants to be walking distance from the beach! Geoff was great and responded right away when needing him.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at this condo and we wish it could have stayed longer! It is beautifully decorated, the bed is comfy, it’s quiet and in the perfect location, close to the beach. Thank you so much and we hope to return!

Property was very convient to the area. We did not have a car and walked everywhere, so got a lot of steps in and had a great time. Property very well cared for with good instructions . Would highly recommend.

This property is cozy, well provisioned, extremely conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner is responsive and caring, supplies such as linens are well organized and easy to find, lights and other drawers and accesses are labeled and the bed is very comfortable. We used the hot tub every night and it's sparkling clean, not to mention perfect temperature (it's a common area spa). Geoff was a great host who immediately responded to a couple questions we had and I highly recommend this property. Will definitely return next time we're in LA.

Nicely decorated, in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and dining options. Two minutes drive from the freeway to downtown LA or Malibu. Owner provided plenty of information on practicalities a couple days before our arrival. Nice kitchen, roomy living-dining room, comfy bed/bedroom, large shower, balcony, on-street parking with visitor permit.

Had the best time ever staying at this apartment!!! It had all of the amenities, space was even larger than expected, the MOST comfortable bed and incredible location. The hosts were also extremely communicative and detailed with both instructions and activity recommendations.

This property is near the Santa Monica beach and the downtown SM area is walkable. The apartment itself is stylish and feels safe in a gated area. It can get warm at night so I suggest opening the windows for a good breeze. Otherwise, you can walk down to the Santa Monica Pier in just a short walk. The apartments have a pool as well that we did not use but it was perfect weather for it. There is also a small walk-out patio/sitting area to sip tea in the morning or take in the nice Cali weather. The landlords were very responsive via text and left good directions for check in and check out. We would highly recommend this location!
