It’s ok the hotel is remodeling at this time

- Front desk, younger gentleman, was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.
- Price was good for average area rates based on type of accommodations and establishment facets.
- Very easy and simple check-in
- Their upgrades from current renovations are very nice. On the chic side inside of the rooms. If they can fix some minor issues with wall spots and lower motel grade aspects, like many room facade spots in the little details, as well as upgrades to the actual hallways to match the room interiors and major upgrades they have then they could probably charge double.
- I was in RM 216 last night. No hot water or even luke warm water in shower. Shower nozzle broken so there’s a constant drip and completely wasteful. Bathroom sink eventually turned nice and hot. In order to get the water beyond ice cold it takes running the faucets, on either, for about 10 minutes. Major waste, imo. Front desk guy was very prompt and accommodating with this and offered to switch me rooms but I was already settled in and only concerned with being able to wash my face and get good sleep.
- Double bed rooms seem to have more of full size beds in them. The pillows and beds were very hard but the bedding was very clean, and well detailed to see they pay attention to cleanliness details. The only things I usually look out for.
- TV’s are equipped with many streaming services. Didn’t even have to bother with setup of my Prime account. Rms are tech upgraded.
- Not the nicest bldg outside

The hotel was clean, our stay was comfortable. Initially, our room was cold & we had to change rooms, which was an inconvenience because we were already ready for bed when we had to change. I was concerned about the other guests; it seemed there were lots of people who looked "shady" or sketchy. I smelled marijuana being smoked, although I didn't see that happening. I was a little concerned about safety.

The front desk clerk wasn't very friendly. The elevator near our room was out of order. The floor we were on had smoking and nonsmoking rooms intermingled. Had to walk the entire length to get to our room. The hall reeked of smoke and pot. Saturday night there was garbage in the halls outside some rooms. When we found that the tv remote didn't work, the guy at the desk said maybe we should move to another room. Really, just because the remote didn't work. How dumb. We won't stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend, the shower in the picture was different than what it was the room. We had no towels when we first got there, had to get towels every day, and the room was not that clean. Also, it was under construction however, it was posted on the door that the construction had to be stopped due to not having a permit to do it (attached a picture of it). No breakfast, like it said. No drink vending machine around the hotel. No fire evacuation route posted. Several doors that were locked so you could not use it as an entrance or exit. Parking lot was dirty. Even though we got it at a discount rate, we felt like we deserved our money back because of how unsafe my wife felt due to some of the activities going around in the parking lot like drugs. Felt like this hotel was more for junkies and prostitutes.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the upgrades look great. I’ll definitely stay again.

Stayed for 3 day 2 night and had no hot water to shower despite maintenance coming to fix. Found blood smeared on the door and floors not very clean. Would never stay here and advise to run far away.

The room was clean and seemed to be updated/modernized except the bathroom did NOT have a door. The beds were comfortable mattresses on top of metal frames which were very squeaky/loud when you moved on them or got in and out of bed. Doesn't make for a good night's sleep.

Our room and floor smelt like weed. The next morning we did wake up to the couple 2 doors down in a screaming match.
Not exactly the hotel I felt safe while traveling with my 3 and 7 year old.
We will never stay here again!!

The room was clean and smelled fresh. The TV didn’t work, but the front desk clerk brought us up a new key and the room was right across the hall. It was a very easy transition since we were in the 4th floor far away from the office. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked. Would stay here again.

The lobby, hallways and elevators looked like they were in disrepair. The beds squeaked. There was a beeping noise on the hallway night. People were having loud conversations at 11:30 at night. I only put up with it because I was only there for one night.

To begin with, the room had a light peculiar scent to it. A little like a hospital room. The beds were damp. I've never experienced anything like it before. And I don't mean a little damp. It was as if someone had a pool party in them the night before. Gross!! Upon waking we found there was no hot water. Just wonderful. Maybe I should've squeezed some warm water from the mattress. The breakfast was a bad joke and I wasn't the only one that wasn't happy about that. The only 2 people there that morning were upset as well and only had coffee. I totally passed because I've already had that brand of sausage biscuit make my stomach churn for two days once before. So, yeah for that price I expected a whole lot more. Doubt I'll be staying again.

Closet was missing rack to hang clothes on. Didn't appear to ever have had one installed. No light above bathroom sing. Only the one overhead made it a little dark. Just a slight inconvenience.

There was an 6 inch hole in one of the walls, and the knob to turn on the shower was sitting on the toilet when I entered the room. It was easy to put back on, but need to be properly attached again so it won't continue to come off.

I’ll have to say that I would like a hotel to be clean all around and that you would not have to see so much dirtiness on an elevator floor and the glass that views to outside, also would not like to stay at a hotel that has weekly rentals and that smell of weed was horrible, room was ok but looking at the outside in the back, it was dirty and smelled plus it almost looked that they have a mechanic shop in the parking lot where people was replacing tires and checking car engine while drinking and smoking weed, so I wouldn’t stay there again only because I want my family to feel safe and rest at peace when paying for a hotel.

From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we could tell this hotel has been recently remodeled with a lot of modern upgrades. It's perfectly located in between the Beach, The Airport, a variety of Restaurant's and both major Outlet Mall's at a reasonable price. Our room was fresh & clean from the bathroom to the bed and the AC worked great.
Despite being the busy season (August) and very busy, we never heard any of our neighbors so we slept great after a long day. Check-out was a breeze and would definitely return in the future.

Not a good stay. They had no bathroom towel. Also there was no plate for the continental breakfast. It was simply a not so good hotel. Will not stay there anymore.

One of the mos cleanest Hotels I have ever been . You would see people cleaning and vacuuming all day long . The swimming pool was so clean and nice , we enjoyed the heating pool as well . The staff was very kind . The room was well maintained and so clean
