Check in here is always confusing. On the booking it says to go to a particular Cluster. However it is always the wrong one. This is frustrating and has happened several times this year. However once being let into the apartment this time it was another let down. The plates and glasses were still dirty from previous guests, there were insects and their droppings in the cupboards, some of the cutlery was still dirty from previous guests, the sliding door didnt shut properly and always slightly open which made the noise of the road even loader even tho i had requested a quiet room. I look forward to hearing from the owener/manager

Great value for the money. Right across NAIA terminal 3 and about a 15 min grab ride to Terminal 1. Restaurants and Stores around the property and 10 min walk to Resorts World.

An absolutely well appointed and super comfortable apartment. Even tho it is next to the airport and in such a busy area the rooms are still quiet. Good bathroom, very comfortable bed. Large lounge area and fantastic kitchen. Only negative I found was trying to check in as this isn't a hotel

If it weren’t for the three cockroaches that ran around when I first opened the room, I would have no complaints. But the hostess who met me quickly killed them and was very kind

It’s hard to find fault in a $50 room, it was just a room for an 11 hour stop over, so it was handy for the airport, arriving was confusing at first but we were assisting by a very helpful lady, the area was dark and felt unsafe, but in hindsight there was security and we walked a short distance to a McDonald’s for food. We Had no trouble getting a taxi at 02:30am to go back to the airport, knowing what I know now, we would still stay again, it was cheap and you get what you pay for… all in all 3.5 stars out of 5. The property’s best asset is its people, friendly and helpful, you can’t ask more than that.

Decent place nice pool and convenient to safe area to shop and eat rooms need work I have stayed four times once sheets didn’t fit once no hot water once gave me wrong room with no competition for any sort of like it or lump it attitude

The free parking is deceiving hence you will pay separately to the handler, checking in is sooo inconvenience as you have to wait for the handler to give you the key. You will also park not on the same building but on the other building (villa 1).

Adequate. Well appointed for a longer stay, kitchenette was well supplied. Clean. Cool air conditioning. Check in was challenging as the given directions were not correct. We were told our reservation did not exist upon arrival. Check in personal was not helpful in getting us to our room. A second person took us to the correct location and got us to our room.

Overall it feels safe. The staff service was great. I wasn't able to use tv because i didnt know how to use it. It wasn't shown to me how to use it. It seems I couldn't get cable so I wasn't able to view anything. A clock radio would be good as an option. Some international travellers may be confused of time change as I was. I couldn't remember if I had changed clock time to my destination. It would also be good if free breakfast is offered for those who choose it. Naturally, it would cost more so that's understood.

nice and quiet. Room is very clean and big. It has facilities to cook. But the water pressure from shower head is very low. wifi is very good. Macdonald is nearby. air conditioner works well but big noise.

My fiancee and I stayed here for 9 days and we loved it. The room had a small kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, and a refrigerator all of which worked great for us. The staff was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was not far from the street so it was very noisy. In the room description it said laundry and kitchenette with a queen size bed. The bed was only a twin size it had a kitchenette however you were not allowed to cook, and there was no clothes washer for laundry.

I just don’t like is ..when I booked the room..I expected adjacent room ..my friend is in the other building..which we don’t like..

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in the people were super friendly and everything worked like it should. I will definitely go back here.
Now for what I don't like I had to leave early I wanted to stay another two or three days yes it was that nice

The shower is very tough to get in and close the door. For a bigger person they would have to shower with the door open. Other then that it was a nice stay both times.
