Room was nasty. Dirt and lent swept in pile against the wall beds were nasty comforter were filthy pillow cases had some kind of black stains toliet had half a head of hair in it and full of dandruff I was scared to flush the toliet one of the legs at the kitchen table was about to fall off. The curtain rod at the balcony was broken in the middle from the wall a nasty napkin was left were someone had ate that stayed before us the sheets had the previous guys hair all in to on every bed. JUST NASTY. THE PICTURE advertised doesn't show the faith. A spider in its web was on the bathroom countertop. I stayed my first day washing bedding on all the beds the on pan for cooking needed to be throwed in the trash it was burnt up. I received a message we could check in early at 12:00 that our room was clean and ready for early checkin. I arrived at 4:05 to a joke, confused the room wasn't ready ithad never been cleaned at all. The bedding had just been refixed in the filth from the last guess. I don't understand why we the people have to pay for room cleaning fees only to get filth. Never staying there again can't trust it. And Vacasa.When you try to get in contact with them. You can't talk to a person over the phone that speak threw text messages never to fix the problem.I didn't walk into what I thought very disappointing.
