Район Квариати мне очень нравится. Чистый воздух, море тоже почище, чем в Батуми. Река, от которой летом будет прохладнее. Для меня Квариати, предпочтительное место для отдыха. Еще понравилась терраса с красивым видом.

Вариант душа, когда вода льется на унитаз и весь пол мокрый.

I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot!

It wasn’t much of an issue but one bathroom smelled a bit of mold, we learned that this is pretty normal during our travels in Georgia and compared to other places we’ve stayed it wasn’t as strong of a smell. One other thing to keep in mind is getting to the house is a bit of a bumpy/uphill drive. I would consider a taxi or making sure whoever is behind the wheel is a confident driver. Most cars can make it up however but there are a few places where if another car is coming someone might have to reverse until there is space.

It wasn’t easy to take a shower as the water temperature constantly was changing from super hot to completely cold. also the light of the lamp is so cold and strong in the room that I could not leave it on, but as there were no other smaller lamps, I was rather sitting in the dark in the evenings:) didn’t mind so much

waterfalls in front of hotel , nature is beautiful around. Far away beach (about 20-30 minutes walking) will help you to be in shape, if you like walkes

too far to walk to the beach and transfers are not functioning, you have to walk 20-30 minutes downhill and uphill back, or try to reach owner (if you have a working phone in Georgia) to make him order you cab. You may cook yourself. Each floor has tiny kitchen and people cooking and there are different smell at mornings, not always that would you like. It's make a feeling that it is not a hotel, but a dormitory.

EveR thing , Sulkan, Black Sea view, little coffee shop down road, room, attention to detail Sarpi Beach can't recommend Royal House highly enough. Could go on....
