Was over booked.

At check in receptionist send me to another hotel without any reason. I spent half an hour in Oak and another half hour in Hilton. Why?

Staff and website booking.com. Not enough information about hotel. If parking is extra you have to describe about this.

Room was overall good

Couldn't stay at the Oakes, got relocated by the staff to the Hilton instead. It was supposed to be an upgrade in theory but ended up with an extremely noisy room (defective mechanical unit above bathroom). I asked to change room because the noise was hard to tolerate. Overnight, the fire alarm got triggered in the newly assigned room, which happens from time to time. However the speaker in my room didn't not get shut down after the last announcement and kept broadcasting a very loud white noise from 5 am to 9 am, so I could not sleep.

Dirtiness of swimming pool, sauna and fitness: clearly in need of renovations/maintenance. Dirty, shabby carpets in communal areas. Terrible wifi in rooms which disconnects every 5 minutes. Bathrooms in rooms old, leaky and in need of refurbishment. Overpriced and not worth it. Basic services not offered (breakfast?!): money needs to be invested to bring this hotel to an acceptable standard. Even the viewing floor (laughable! It’s two windows!) had greasy handprints all over the windows.

They have misleading information on the site. Be aware of this hotel

They switched rooms on us 2 times. The information they have on here is wrong. The rooms look nothing like the pictures also there’s a 2 story building behind Applebee’s with rooms. So even if you think your booking in the hotel be aware of them switching your rooms and putting you into that building. They are misleading and scamming people. Also booking.com won’t do anything to help you if they scam you

Dingy rabbit warren of halls, carpet wasn’t vacuumed, bed sagged in the middle. Very expensive for what you get.

Old and dirty hotel, absolutely not worth the high value. Reality is not like the pictures.

Too short if a trip

The position and exceptional view from.the 21st floor. The receptionist who kindly upgraded us to the highest floor.

Perfect for a weekend stay

The view looking over the Falls from the room was fantastic! We also got to see the fireworks right outside our window 😁

It'd be better to have an electric kettle in the room for us to get hot water instead of having to go to the lobby.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and they wrote us a note wishing us a happy anniversary 🥰 the view is amazing, like the page photos or better. good distances to everything in Niagara.

Niagara falls was absolutely breath taking. And sooo close to the hotel. The hotel is in perfect location to walk around whether it's for food, entertainment, sight seeing, and more! We went to Tide and Vine Oyster house Monday was shuck a bucks and half off appetizers. Best mussels I've ever had.

The view was good..We were given the 11th floor , I think higher floor would have cad much better

No room service, old furniture, coffee station had just 2 option brewed tea& brewed coffee but no tea bags ( like green tea, chamomile tea). Room was not ready by check in time I.e at 4.. the keys to one room was given at 4.10 while the other one at 4.25, fridge had some meal from previous guests stay, no water bottle or jug provided; guests are expected to drink off the tap water which is okay, but there should be atleast glasses, the expectation was to use plastic cups. It was little cheap to not have glasses or water bottles for guests to get started.A little upgrade will be good

It wasn't a long enough stay.

The best location to observe and enjoy the best view of the waterfall all day from Canadian side. Please order the room with waterfall view, and ask the highest room ( Floor 17-21 ). No free breakfast, but they give discount voucher for breakfast at Applebee's. Easy acces the waterfall just walking from the hotel. Very very recommended if you want the best experience to explore the waterfalls.

Quite crowded with too much people stay at this hotel on the weekend days.

great location hotel a little dated but price good and location great staff were helpful and friendly rooms were clean and other than being a little tired in places ,carpets mainly not was a good stay we got upgraded to a falls view room for free as well
