room is amazing, the room is big, clear and new. the property is well maintained and beautiful. this is definitely a plus and exceeded our expectations. the location is also very good, although is not close to the pier and more touristic attractions, we loved it as it was less crowded and still 10/15 min walking distance from everything.

I'd like to highlight 2 negative experiences that we had. we're traveling with our toddler (2 yo), and I booked 1 room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), I specifically choose Oceana because I saw that the room was much bigger than other properties and when I booked, I sent a message asking for a rollaway bed, the message was never answered and upon check in they let us know that there was a 100 usd fee per night for the rollaway bed. The other experience is that we were accommodated in a room that were accessible through a flight of stairs, so we literally had to carry the stroller every time we left and arrived in our room. It's a pretty expensive hotel to not pay attention to this kind of details, plus the service at the restaurant was veeery slow.

Best hotel in Santa Monica! Gorgeous suites and rooms. Excellent staff! Great restaurant with poolside services. It was a dream! Great for kids and families.

Location and staff

For advertising a kitchen It had very few appliances and very small. Plugs didn’t work. Had to ask for everything kettle tea dressing gown toaster sugar milk. Then it came.

no cleaning of the room for a whole day, asked for cleaning at 6 pm after all day out… 1 hour after got a lady with 2 towels and still no cleaning. room service forgot some of the food ordered…

Pool and everything at your finger tips. Room was awesome. Liked the food and BK. Liked the service and staff and very very friendly and helpful.

Would be nice soaker tub or hot tub and ceiling fans for a breeze.

hotel put us in a far less room than we booked, while the room we booked remained empty. I let the manager and also Booking.com know and they apologized for the “misunderstanding” offered no reasonable solution. This was the the third time I’ve been place in a much less accommodation than booked through booking.com, so apparent they are doing classic bait-and-switch on an Industial scale, with no consequences, unless there’s like me remove their app and don’t use them anymore. buyer beware.

.....Superb ....beautiful hotel ....Real luxury we had one of their top rooms and it was stunning....Real attention to detail....really well kept....staff are fantastic...

Nothing all good

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. location was spot on. just across the road and a bridge from the beach. There is a wonderful view from the terrace . Food was lovely but the staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you.

It was quite noisy at night. It’s a small hotel with rooms facing each other. There were parties every night I was there but I could only hear it in the living room. Couldn’t hear it in the bedroom. The bedroom though was facing the road and the windows weren’t sound proof.
