average hotel it was okay just not the quality I expect from Marriott

that the property offered Starbucks the staff were friendly and the gym was nice

shower door wouldn’t shut the entire stay. our tv did not work our entire stay. beds were okay just not that comfortable

During our 5 night stay, we had about 3 cold showers because there was no hot water.

Excellent experience. Would recommend and stay here again.

Clean. Bistro had the BEST grilled cheese and tomato soup. I didn’t expect daily maid service but I got it which is refreshing in this day and age. Also, loved the complimentary water bottles that were cold.

When I booked, it said the rooms were soundproof. But to be soundproof, it was extremely noisy.

The pillows were so thin. It was like sleeping on a pillowcase with no pillow. I also wish they had a continental breakfast.

Nice but with some flaws

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed very comfortable. Everything was very clean and up to date.

The lack of dresser drawers was very inconvenient, you had to pull a rolling cart out from under desk to get to drawers. Also, breakfast items available were very limited, and very expensive.

Breakfast was excellent! Servers friendly. Only had pastries and very good coffee. Only disappointment was they didn’t have hot breakfast for a reason they told me but not sure if the radon’s.

The toilet base leaked water as seal was broke. The lavatory sink drain didn’t operate properly which was inconvenient. My girlfriend was that found the toilet water when she stepped in it.

Good location, but need to improve on communicating with housekeeping.

Great location. Was close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk customer service were very nice. And the hotel was really nice.

The pillows were awful. They were very flat and not supportive. We had to ask twice for towels, and was running low on toiletries. I asked front desk to have them just bring fresh towels daily, but they didn't. I was really disappointed with them.

Although location is perfect, doubt I will rebook there due to the woman at the front desk

great location, Their Bistro was very nice with an exceptional employee (Liza)

Woman on the front desk was curt and dismissive, never friendly. Room was not serviced when requested. Although the hotel has been updated (most of it nicely), there are areas that need refinishing properly.
