Bathtub and shower were difficult to get into or out there should have been handle support to help as bath step was too high to manouvre and It wouldn’t pass oh&s, could only get channel 9, Only 1 balcony chair, balcony was not swept with spiderweb, should’ve provided detergent to do more than 1 wash up there was no soap or hairdryer or dish cloth to wipe sink

No hair dryer in the room. And the tv remote didn’t work and as there were no physical buttons on the Tv then we could only watch channel 9.
