Excellent set up room and facilities. Couldn’t fault it! The location was amazing, yet quiet.

I wish we had booked for longer.

The location in Lisbon was close to everything.

No mirror in the bathroom and property listed a living room and there wasn’t one.

Everything about this place was perfect!!!

It is in an excellent location, lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby.. It is so beautiful and clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I ever returned to Lisbon.

Perfect location, excellent size, comfort was exceptional, was cleaned everyday by staff ( which was lovely as normally apartments aren’t cleaned like hotel rooms but these apartments are) the shower is great to size and water pressure. Beds are very very comfortable. Air con unit was fab. I can’t recommend these apartments enough. We where lucky to have the ‘Tulip’ apartment with a balcony. :)

location was excellent- though in the hub of old town so close to restaurants (we rarely wandered far for great meals) - Italian, Mexican and local Portuguese. Close to tourist meeting points and overall great experience. Quiet inside the premises which were really clean. the apartment owners also own the hotel almost opposite & the staff were very helpful at reception- especially Isabel. the owner responded to communication once we arrived. highly recommend this apartment.

there is no lounge area but a comfortable chair in bedroom. value for money however.

Centrally located, beautiful, spacious apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable with the nicest sheets. We picked up our keys from the hotel down the street and they staff was extremely friendly and even stores our luggage after check out

Apartment located two flights of stairs up. Since it is so central, it can get quite noisy at night. I clearly heard the trucks picking up bottles from the restaurants in the middle of the night along with some drunken revellers. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly and there is no dishwasher.

An excellent location near all major attractions. The Tulipa apartment had everything necessary for a short or longer stay. I loved all the attention to detail and cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable, and even the linens were beautifully pressed. On and all a very pleasant stay. A 9.4/10.

A spacious & very comfortable apartment in a fabulous location, both for various transport options & for exploring Lisbon by foot. Staff, of the nearby hotel managing the apartment, went out of their way to assist in any way.

No lift & the need to haul cases up very steep stairs to the 2nd floor.

The apartment was very pretty and comfortable and well equipped. I stayed on the street side with a balcony. It overlooked a pedestrian only street, very busy, which was great for people watching, once the door was closed it was very quiet. Close to everything and there are so many restaurants within footsteps. I loved the ice cream shop next door. The staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend!

Nothing but there are some stairs not too bad but if you have a lot of luggage or limited mobility it could be an issue.

Loved the Hortensia apartment and location! Keys were easy to collect, just across from the apartment. Housekeeping every day and everything was spotless. Washing machine and dryer are very useful if staying for more than just a couple of days. Great shower and water pressure! A hook next to the sink and a couple of hooks/small shelf in the shower cubicle would be useful though, but not really a big deal.

The list is too long. Booking.com customer service still trying to contact property. Check-in difficult. Person insisted on an arrival time days in advance. Impossible to provide when driving. The contact was not friendly Upon arrival, disappointing property. Entrance old and dingy. Poorly light. On the surface, everything looked ok but needed some TLC. The 2 biggest issues were not heat in the living area. It was very cold and the contact basically said too bad. The shower leaked. Water everywhere. There was black mould in the shower and in the floor tiles. It was obvious that the shower leaked for some time. Again, the contact was not interested in addressing this. The kitchen table was old and had cracked Formica. Not a pleasentbstay at all. One night, the power went out when the neighbors turned on an appliance. No emergency lighting. Last thing, the pillows are so thick you get a sore neck. Read the other reviews, similar comments were made by others.
