Good location fairly close to the beach. There was a washing machine in there so very convenient. The host is very nice and she recommended many nice restaurants located near by.

The property is basically a poorly ventilated cave that offers no natural light. There’s a really bad damp problem that is trying to be covered up many air fresheners. There were drain flies everywhere that we had to kill every day. I’m really disappointed in this place. I would never stay there again, even for FREE! This place really is in need of damp proofing and refurbishing before being offered to anymore travellers. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the other apartment upstairs. (Footsteps, tv and washing machine sounds) In the bathroom the wooden hangers were covered in mould and there was a constant smell of damp. The sofa bed wasn’t particularly comfortable.

Great host, very good communication, good english, which is really rare for Spain typically. Nice localization not far from Malvarrossa beach, grocery stores and cafes nearby. Bicycles were a nice option.

Beware there are 2 apartments in this offer, one on the parter (with bicycles) and another one on the next two floors with a terrace. Please make sure you read that clearly and never ever select the parter floor (since the photos in booking.com are misleading and are mixed for those two apartments). Cons: awful soundproof (you literally hear every step from your neighbours above amplified several times), dark (no windows), humid with no air ventilation. Feels like in a cave.

We were greeted warmly and given really excellent information on navigating Valencia, local customs, parking, restaurants, bars and public transport. The place is nice and clean, and it was a very convenient and relaxing part of the city to be staying. Wifi was fast

The host Victoria was very kind and helpful, she showed us all what to see,do, eat in Valencia. The apartment was nice, the bikes are free but you have to pay the deposit 200€, so bring cash.

Found 1 cockroach. There are too many in the area cabanyal. Bad smell when it rains in the area.

Really bad smell, loud - you can hear every car, person passing by, hole in the wall - windy in the night
