I dont appreciate the feedback we got when there was a water issue, I expected some assistance and not a comment that water issue comes from a municipality. After paying that price, I would expect a facilities in order, if the is any uncertain even, this should not by guests problem. I will not recommend this for anyone.

Breakfast was not included. Located close to a majot Metro stop, which was handy. Safe neighborhood and near shopping.

The apartment could have been better equipped for someone who actually planned to cook there. Not enough glassware, dishes or coking equipment. Needed pot holders, dish yowles, containers for leftovers. No basic items like salt and pepper or other condiments. More seited to people who would be eating fast food all the time. Good thing that one of us was very techy to figure out the Virtual check-in!!

The place is very close to one the shopping street and to a metro station. They gave us a nice description of the city and most important places.

We had to wait for the host to come to give us the key - they haven't told us they need half an hour earlier notice for arrival (though we have specified a one hour interval in which we will arrive and we came in the middle of that interval). Also one night we found a small cocкroаch in the bathroom.

Very good location, very good communication with staff.
