O apartamento é bem localizado, limpo, cômodo, bem equipado, a vista do 19º andar é bonita e tem tudo o que precisamos numa viagem. Além disso, o Sr Sérgio foi muito gentil conosco. Quando chegamos, encontramos frutas, suco, iogurte, café, biscoito para comer. Muito delicado da parte dele deixar esses mimos para os hóspedes. Recebemos também dois cartões para usar no metrô. O prédio tem uma piscina legal no último andar. Super recomendo o apartamento do Sr. Sergio. Voltaria fácil para me hospedar no mesmo lugar.

O edifício é muito bem localizado, fica perto do metro Manuel Montt. Apartamento limpo, cômodo, todo equipado com tudo o que um hóspede precisa numa viagem. Além disso, o dono do apartamento, Sr. Sergio foi muito gentil e atencioso conosco ao nos receber com mimos como frutas, café, biscoito, iogurte, vinho etc. Nos deu também dois cartões de metrô e nos orientou como utiliza-los e a andar pela cidade.

The host Sergio was above and beyond of what we expected, he went out of his way to make our stay pleasant, comfortable and carefree. Sergio stacked the refrigerator and gave us a bottle of Chilean wine. The apartment was in a perfect location next to the Metro station and short walking distance to restaurants and stores. Being on the 19th floor opened up a great 270-degree view of Santiago, including Andres, Costanerra Tower, and Cerro San Cristobal. Fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer machine and balcony helped us feel at home while traveling. Would highly recommend Sergio and his apartment

The building is close to two major thoroughfares, hence street noise, but it was bearable.

Clean and good location. Excellent customer service . Washer/dryer, A/C. Complete kitchen.

It was missing a seating area other than the dining area and there was only one TV. But I will still give them 5 starts .

Everything... To begin with Sergio and his wife were fantastic, they helped us out for the transfers and everything that we asked them. The house had every minor detail.... Supplies in kitchen and baths... Including amazing roses for decoration... Wine and some food waiting for us on arrival, soap, gel, shampoo, , toothpaste.... The location cannot be better... Exactly by manuel montt metro stop in providencia... The building is safe and modern... Everything simply excellent. Gracias sergio and señora por vuestras atenciones. M&M
