Stench in the hotel corridors and room, smells like Pozo Negro problems, call Malabanan

1st is elevator not working 7th floor elevator isnt good so tired from work then have to use stairs just to get in the room and also the room must be... like everyday but doesnt clean the room when you dont said. And when you said they doesnt clean right away.. it took time when you said clean maybe 12 then i'll be back by 3pm but still did not clean even i came around 7pm.. so for me its no no

Elevator,and please make your guard smile sometimes... not grumpy.. everytime open the gate for car and bike seems not happy always look grumpy.

I like the cleanliness, the bathroom and it has the most important thing --the bidet and also a hot shower

The room is kinda small, the channel on tv wasn't working the next morning. The wifi is also slow.

bed is very noisy in time of check out at iniwan ko muna laggage ko pinabayad pa ulit ako if ilng oras mo iwan i pay 100 pesos per hr. walng comonunication each other ang mga staff. very poor

They provided the single room when I booked a double room. the bed is too small for me and make me feel uncomfortable
