Toller Ort, das Meer ist ruhig, ohne Wellen, sogar bei Ebbe kann man schwimmen. Die Villa liegt wirklich direkt am Strand, es sind fast keine Leute am Strand, es ist sehr sehr ruhig. Das gesamte Gebiet, auf dem sich mehrere weitere gleiche Villen befinden, ist sehr gepflegt, der Strand wird jeden Tag gereinigt, beim Betreten des Gebiets gibt es Sicherheitsdienst und jeden Abend geht ein Wachmann durch. . Der Supermarkt 7/11 liegt etwa 700 Meter von der Villa entfernt, wenn man Strand entlang geht, geht es schneller und angenehmer, mehrere Restaurants befinden sich fast gegenüber 7/11, , ein italienisches Restaurant ist gegenüber der Anlage. Der Villa-Manager ist immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen, hilft mit Ratschlägen, bestellt Taxis und Massagen direkt in der Villa. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Overlooking the beach with direct beach access. The beds were good and the A/C OK.

The property is a tired 2 star house alongside a smelling klong, which brings unpleasant smells into the house at times, if the A/C is not on. It is overpriced for what it offers. The furniture (apart from the beds) both inside and outside is uncomfortable. The kitchen and everything in it needs replacing/upgrading for the price point being asked. The fridge is too small to house drinks and food. The cleaning was good (except for a bit of bathroom mould and a few ant issues).

A beautiful villa right on the beach with unobstructed views of the sea. Eating breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea- just magical. Beautifully landscaped garden and a nice pool. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Several small, traditional restaurants within a 15 min walk along the beach. This is a place to relax, there is no partying or shopping nearby.

Nothing really. Highly recommended for families who don’t expect big activities to happen.

the air conditioner not so powerfull for this weather condition. For upstairs air conditioner completely not make cool. we must keep airconditioner on 24 hours, what made bill too high.

Lovely , well equipped villa right on the beach which has lovely soft sand. numerous restaurants and bars about 10 minutes walk along the beach (to the left). The 7/11 is on the main road just across the road from these restaurants. If you go along the beach to the right there is a very good massage place on the beach and a bar next to that (again about a 10 minute walk away). Great swimming pool. Jay (property manager) was very helpful, she arranged hiring mopeds for us and also arranged a clinic appointment including a taxi to and from it when one of our party was ill.

Water pressure was a bit erratic but when this was reported it was sorted by the end of the day.

Beautiful relaxing spot right on the beach. Suitable for anyone looking for peace. Plenty of reasonable beachfront restaurants with tasty seafood and small shops in walking distance. Nice places for massage nearby on the beach. Pool was great and the grounds are beautifully kept. We mainly had the pool to ourselves. The house had everything we needed. Places nearby to get taxis/ organise tours/ rent car etc. Thanks for a great holiday. Lovely hosts.
