The Beach and the ocean were the big plus for this resort it was fantastic

We had the beach villa right on the beach with a private pool.

Although it had bacon, it was cook too much. The pool has WAY too much chlorine, back it off somewhat!

I stayed in beach front room A3 with own plunge pool. Easy access to cocktail bar, restaurant and beach. Amazing outlook. Love being at this end of beach away noise of centre and beach is better. Happy hour cocktails are great. Laundry service was excellent - good value and service and quick.

This is a big resort, so expect competition for day beds. Or splurge on beachfront room and have your own chairs on balcony. :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful .... breakfast was great especially the egg station. The beach was fantastic and loved our one hour walk each morning before breakfast ... so peaceful.

The first few days of our stay our room was not cleaned very well .... still had soap all over the basin ,,, toothpaste splatter on the mirror. On one of the days after the room was cleaned I went to the cleaner on our floor and ask her for cleaning products to clean the room myself, which I did. Towards the end of our stay we had a very nice cleaner and she was exceptional with the clean.

Slightly further down the main road meaning a bit of walk to the main bit and also our air con was broken but they came to fix it straight away and couldn’t so gave us a room upgrade!!

Cavin who didn't actually work for the hotel but booked all our trips was really helpful and friendly. He made our life a lot easier. With trips ferry's and taxis. He also told about a food night market which was very cheap with great food.

The air conditioning didnt work very well. The room didn't get cool We asked at the reception about it twice but nothing was done. Before our trip I tried to cancel one nights stay at the hotel because ours plans change a little bit. They wouldn't change our checking out date. So we had to pay for a night that we didn't stay for. We had a room facing the street. All day from 10am to 10pm a big van full of loud speakes would drive past advertising the boxing. So loud and annoying. I would recommend that you don't stay in a room overlooking the street. Apart from that breakfast was fine the beach was beautiful and and pool was nice. All the shops were on your doorstep.

The beach front view villa with plunge pool was amazing. The view at sunrise every day was my favourite thing to do every day

No entertainment, would have been nice to have something on the resort

The staff really made the stay great for us, all of the staff were really friendly (restaurant staff especially) and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was also clean and well made up as expected. The breakfast had a good choice of things too eat both hot and cold. There are ample sunbeds laod out on the beachfront from 8am each morinng

Bathroom of our room was a little dated but still OK, shower heads could do with a good descaling

Pleasent stay, the beach is amazing and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and they have a lunch/dinner menù with delicious food. My bf was injured and couldn't walk, they gave us a wheelchair and the staff was always there to help us with a smile on their face. Thank you guys

Not much the facilities: Because my bf could not walk they gave us an upgrade from superior room to bungalow which was smaller and without balcony. This is because the hotel rooms are not accessible with elevetors. Also not access with wheelchair to some areas, going down to the beach in that condition was a nightmare. If you cannot walk and you are on a wheelchair I don't raccomand it, for us wasn't planned, it was an accident. But for the rest is perfect.

lovely beachfront location

Location for us was perfect. Quiet and not too far from Central Samui. Loved that the restaurant was so close to the beach. The pool was great and the staff were so beautiful Absolutely loved our stay and wished we had booked for longer.

The resort buildings could do with a bit of a spruce up as looking a bit tired. Beds were a little hard but not enough to keep us awake The lighting in rooms could be brighter and fly screen doors would be perfect so you could leave the main door open as it got quite hot if you didn’t have the air con on

Great place and in perfect location at the beach. Good breakfast buffet with enough choices for European and Asian tastes
