Staying in the tents was quite noisy with the local markets having loud music until late.

EVERYTHING was exceptional from the welcoming to ALL of the staff. we loved this place so much. it is exceptional & so we’ll maintained all around the hotel. manager was so very helpful & passionate about the hotel & made us feel so welcome. this hotel is next level & we will definitely go back. this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in & that is due to the full package. the hotel, the staff, the very well maintained hotel & grounds. the gardener, the cleaner to the bar staff. all worked as a team & made it feel like home. words can’t describe how amazing this place is & you have to go & experience it for yourself we stayed in duplex villa & it was amazing smart TVs, own wifi & beautiful touches throughout beach bags to use. facilities in room amazing. pictures don’t do this hotel justice as it’s even better in real life food here in the restaurant was the best Thai food we experienced the entire trip & we travelled Bangkok, Krabi, Phi Phi but Koh Samui is the best & this restaurant the best Thai food we’ve had & everything cooked fresh in front of you. top marks to the chef & her team

meeting big insects in the room and room bathroom is very stressful and disgusting ! and I DON'T GET IT!!! WHAT KIND OF 5 STAR HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE A Reception to call at night if anything goes wrong ??!!!! our room went out of electricity for a whole night!!! and guess what? the reception was not answering the phone!!! so we went there by walking at the middle of the night instead of them answering and solving our problem while we enjoy our stay! and the biggest surprise was that they were closed!!!!! what kind of hotels and villas dont have a 24/7 service!?

The outer material for the tents is in need of a deep clean. The floor is mostly concrete which could be covered with something a bit nicer (inside the tent). Expensive restaurant which isn't great when you're staying there. Generally, this was a great experience and I'd recommend staying here

We had one night stay here the staff were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and the room was just beautiful we had a private pool that was very clean couldn't fault anything close to the beach and massages which was just what the doctor ordered after travelling for 6 months

A truly amazing and unique experience! The resort is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. Two minutes walk from the hotel you are on a beautiful beach with lots of cool little bars/restaurants. Lots of interesting restaurants to eat nearby too. Our tent was amazing!! Super comfortable and large bed, good a/c and modern smart tv. Whilst at the same time being in a tent with nature all around. The outdoor bathroom and shower was a unique experience.

In the room information they say that you can rent motorbikes/cars and book massages. We asked the reception for this and they said there was nothing available at all for any day of our whole stay (5 days). And they didn’t give me any help or alternatives. I did some research and called a few places and managed to rent in the end. Also managed to get massages on the beach, just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. It would have been nice if the reception were a tiny bit more accommodating (at least giving us information about where to find stuff if they have nothing available).

We stayed in one of the two bedroom tent villas, the beds are super comfy and the whole set up is unique. 1min walk to the beach, staff is super friendly and helpful, they also booked tickets to Koh Tao and hired a car for us

You’re not getting much sleep if you have a noisy neighbour due to no isolation. Rooms are really dark at night you can’t see properly. I had to use my phone torch to get ready. Doors didn’t have any locking mechanism, no lights outside our tent. Toilets didn’t flush due to a blocked pipe, they came to solve the problem but it was a bit annoying having this problem every single day. Restaurant is overpriced, we didn’t have breakfast included and ordered twice from the menu. Portions are really small, no plant based milk, I wouldn’t recommend eating there. location isn’t the best, you need a scooter

There was no in room Landline to contact anyone during night,and post 10 there is no one to help.

The property was ment to be a luxury villa, but it was not luxury. The “bathroom” outside with the bathtub looked amazing, but the tap for the water was woggling and not stable at all. Also we had a very stinky pool towel when we arrived and they forgot to give us other towels.

Wow! Such a beautiful tent! Immense eye for detail. Every single thing in the tent fits the style. Very kind and english speaking staff. Relaxed vibe.

Would be great if the breakfast had some more options, specially towards healthy stuff like yoghurt. And too bad prices for drinks are not thai standards anymore. (Ofc this is kind of understandable post covid)

i like this place alot coz its super close to maenam beach! i prefer maenam beach compared to chaweng beach because its soo crowded with people… their staff is super friendly…

its abit far frm the places i wanted to visit and its difficult to get grab here… so i would suggest either rent a bike or book car ahead
