It was very clean and easy to find. It was comfortable for 3 people. The room had a kitchenette and a big refrigerator which worked well for us since we prepared meals. The hotel had a nearby 24 hour grocery where we bought snacks, meals and even souvenirs to take home. There is also a Family Mart next door. They also allowed us to borrow umbrellas.

The room was fantastic, clean and spacious. Had all the facilities that were mentioned. Overall a great experience.

Location wise, it is atleast 15 min walk to nearest station, or will have to take a bus to station not much of a problem for me, but the only one I could think of

We stayed premium family apartment. Bathroom amenities are plenty. Rooms are clean. Train station is walk distance, along the river, 3yo child can walk. Bus service is available. We used a taxi to get the accommodation at 10:30pm from Haneda airport. Cost was only 2200yen(march 2023). Lots convenience stores next door, and supermarket is 5 mins walk. Close to major road but no noise come through. 45 sqm room but entrance, toilet, bathroom got comfortable space, so you may feel a bit smaller the living and bedding area than photos. Can accommodate 4 adults but 3 would be max. We are 2 adults and 1 child, but it is just fine size.

Rubiah bin area is tiny and the garbage bag is full. I'm happy to follow the rules but Japan got very complicated bin system...so watch out.

It’s noisy staying on the second floor which wasn’t noticeable when I stayed on sixth floor a week before. It will be more comfortable if I had two pillows when I sleep and sit up on the bed. (Only one pillow was supplied.)

The room was beautiful, modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to either feel at home or have a lovely holiday. I enjoyed the kitchen and balcony especially, which gave the place a very classy home feel!

There was nothing to really dislike about the property. Some may find it a little distant from the station, but the 15 minute walk there and back is just a nice way to start and end the day in my opinion.

The whole room was good. From the genkan to the bedroom. Clean, spacious and comfortable. It looks just as the pictures described. Also, the receptionist was kind and speaks very clear English. This trip was originally booked for 2 persons with 2 single beds. We had a last minute change and 2 became 3. There were no extra bed or amenities but the space was easily adjustable to accommodate all of us at no extra cost. Would definitely stay here again on another occasion.

Location is a bit far from the station but there are buses that stops 1 minute away from the property so it wasn’t all that bad.
