The internet was slow

We paid the extra for the Grand Premier and thought it was well worth the extra. The view, the extra space in the room and the private lounge area made our stay much better. Plus the new friends you can make in the lounge. The staff in all the areas were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We found all the facilities very good. We would have liked an earlier entry than the 3pm. They did accommodate us and gave us a room at 1pm, which we really appreciated as we arrived at 7.20am on a cold morning.

Wir waren zum Marathon da, super Lage ! Genau beim Start. Die Anbindung an die Metro perfekt Viele günstige Lokale in direkter Umgebung Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück. Von unserem Zimmer war sogar der Fuji zu sehen !

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, allerdings ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis könnte man etwas mehr erwarten. Aber das ist auch die einzige Kritik !

Location was further from transit than originally thought. Bar and restaurant closes early, room was a little worn for the price.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff has a great level of experience and professionalism in dealing with large numbers of customers. A hotel worth visiting again.

ティッシュが使いづらかった。 バスローブがデカすぎた…かけるフックが無い。 お風呂の水捌けが悪かった。 ベルキャプテンは電話応答無し、何時もレセプションを通して依頼した。 四年ぶりの滞在でしたがチェックインやベルの方々の雰囲気が少し変わった気がしました。 残念ながら雑になったきがしました。

Premier Grand 舒適安靜 45/F Lounge亦非常方便和優雅

原本房間應該有兩包助酒花生 但當天我們check in後只有一包 但沒有檢查原本應有數量 之後被告知要收費 實感無奈 我們亦覺得無謂解釋 400Yen而已 希望你們整理房間時好好檢查好數量 而不是每次客人入住時都要檢查數量 如果要這樣的話 我寧願你們不要再放任何小食 另外Lounge飲品都可以隨意飲用 為何雪櫃不是免費？ 有分別嗎？

The room was very clean and their amenities were excellent. Very accessible to Disney Resort because they gave us free shuttle ride going to Disney and going back to the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and very polite.

Location was good but it is big and impersonal. Everything closes early and we did not get the rooms we booked. Noisy thumping above our room one morning and constant beeping sounds another day. Late checkouts only available if you pay extra - that is ridiculous!

Did not get two of the superior rooms we booked in the south wing on a high floor. Family of 7 and we booked 4 rooms. Two rooms were plaza delux at a lower cost. We were all placed in the same floor in the main wing and told we were given an upgrade as the south wing was not available - told us they upgraded all our rooms. For 5 nights the price difference was $100,000 yen. Looked online and the price of the rooms they gave us did not appear to be an upgrade. Will not stay there again.

My family and I really like this hotel. The spacious rooms, complete amenities, strategic location near all the restaurants and shops, walking distance to Shinjuku train station and to Kabukicho (entertainment areas). The other fantastic facility is the free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel is also a stop for Limousine Bus Service to airports. We have stayed here many times and the hotel never dissapointed us.

Stayed at Premier Grand room with access to the Club lounge on the top floor which had a beautiful view of Tokyo. Classical music , breakfast, teatime, evening drinks and canapés. So relaxing and serene.

Reception was too strict about check in at 3 pm even when I had arrived early morning and offered to pay for the early check in.

No upsides that worth a mention.

This felt like a 3 star at most. At this price its honestly not really great. Especially the wifi was pretty much non existent.

Staff not as personable as the Hilton next door, facilities are 30 years past their best, buffet would have been ok in the 80’s. Sausages watermelon cornflakes fish black coffee and reconstituted Orange Juice. Restaurants look tired. Pool closed for 11 months of the year, cocktails in the sky lounge below par. Poorly mixed no balance no flavour old fashioned watered down , club sandwich was ok. Views excellent. Black deposit under toilet rim.

The hotel experience was good for us from the time we got there to the time we left. The lobby is big enough to accommodate the many guests. It’s in the less busier area of Shinjuku. There are many convenient stores and restaurants in close proximity. While it’s close to Shinjuku Station, it’s still quite a walk to the station and learning the lines going through Shinjuku Station is a must so you don’t end up with transfers like we did on the first day. The 3 twin bed room was good size, with space to store 2 large, 1 medium, 2 carry ons and maybe more. Safe was large enough to store devices. Staff came everyday to replenish supplies including Yukata nightwear, toiletries, slippers, complimentary water bottle. If they were not able to replenish because you had your sign jat the door, you can call housekeeping for your supplies that day. Loved that there’s complimentary water bottle for each guest in the room! Also liked that they have English speaking staff, and courteous, are accommodating. The bellhopper refused to take tip which we respected. After check out, we used the hotel’s free luggage storage. 11ish AM would be busy but they were well staffed and are very efficient with taking care of everyone. There is also a weighing scale available for guest use anytime at the lobby. There’s an Airport Limo service you can make advanced reservations or on day of departure. That was very covenient when you’re traveling with kids and an elderly.

While the bed was comfortable, they could’ve offered better pillows. Many restaurant choices in the hotel but a bit pricey. Would be nice to offer discounts to hotels guests.

Beautiful hotel, incredible staff that consistently goes above and beyond, English speaking, convenient location close to key train stops on multiple lines. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Sly was closed on Sunday which was disappointing, and laundromat driers left clothes quite wet

booking premiere grand was worth it!! the lounge breakfast, tea and cocktail hour were all enjoyable

No bad smell even we booked in smoking room.
