Fantastic hotel, quiet location given proximity to Tower Bridge. Some great touches to reflect the buildings previous use. Shower was great. Staff professional and attentive.
No suitable mirror for drying & styling hair.

Good location for where we needed to be hotel clean and nicely decorated did not look tired
Room was expensive considering it a 4 star virtually no window so quite a dark room mattress very hard

Breakfast was good
No information about the hotel we had to ask all the time. The view of a wall out of are window. Got the wrong bill on check out

The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
I didn’t like the Reception staff as I am older and they spoke very very quietly and I spent the whole experience asking him to repeat every single thing they said. The Aircon in the room was substandard. They told me that was a high up as it could go, but it was less than a slight breeze. The tea in the room did not come with any milk.
