Love the interior design
Cameron who was on the front desk was lovely. Super friendly and welcoming, he really made a great impression.
No soap in the shower
Bed was 2 beds connected, they did come apart a bit.

Lovely decor, smelled gorgeous on entry, welcoming friendly helpful staff. Great location for us. Amazing comfortable bed. Great to have fridge in room, iron, ironing board and hairdryer and water machines in the corridor. Lovely breakfast with amazing choice.

Fantastic location, really handy for the areas of London we wanted to reach. Room was very clean and comfortable, and staff friendly.
They required ID to book in, I wasn't aware of this, and wasn't carrying formal ID with me, although they agreed to accept my bank card. It might be worth making guests fully aware of this requirement, as I don't think it is usual in the UK.
