excellent room and views
For the cost of the hotel I would have expected there to be at least a basic breakfast offering included in the price.
My son had added to his bill 2 nights valet parking at £75 per night and he doesn't have a car.
My daughter had a breakfast voucher , however the cost was added to her bill in error

…..obvs the city view, the breakfast, size of room and its serene calmness
They add a 5% optional service charge to the bill that they will remove if asked but this ‘emotional blackmail’ approach should be ended. Poor form and it is added to all the bill including gratuities you may have already added to meals. If they aren’t paying the staff well enough out of the £1,000+ bill they should be reflecting on the way they treat the staff.
