From check-in to check-out the staff were always professional and personable. The room was well laid out and the bed was comfortable. Heating and cooling worked well and was sized to assure quick temperature changes. This Holiday Inn Express was high value for the price. The amenities - gym, pool, and breakfast area - were all top notch. I'll definitely stay here again on my return trip.
My only complaint - a minor one - is the bathroom fan was too loud.

Location was great.
I booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch as we had three people in our party. I got a king bed only. They do not have roll away beds.
The front desk person said I must have made a mistake in booking. I pulled up my reservation that stated I booked a king with a pull out. He said they don’t have any way to accommodate. He did not make it right in any way. 3rd person slept on the chaise lounge that was about 4 feet long.
