Great location and views from bedroom window, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast and meals taken in bar and restaurant very nice.
Room very tired looking, needed a good deep clean, shower cubical/tiles in need of attention, easy chairs very grubby/stained and table needed re varnishing, For the price charged £450 for two nights which we paid over 12 months in advance, expected better.

The location is great. It’s a little tired/odd in the decor but better than a uniform modern hotel with no spirit. The staff were really friendly which was lovely
The food was great but took far too long making breakfast particularly stressful as we needed to leave. The staff were trying their best.

Cooked traditional breakfast was fine. Room was very comfortable and also had wonderful view of castle and harbour. Good village to stay in, quiet when tide is in and most tourists retreat to mainland.
Nothing bad comes to mind.
