Dnt waste your money on this hotel, not worth of money.

There was nothing to like about this property.

Front staff was rude, mattress was uncomfortable, bathroom was dirty

The service was amazing, I loved the personal they where very professional

IT wasn’t clean, the bed sheet were discussing, smelly, the pillows too, the bathroom was very old no hot water, the shower flooded after shower, and it’s stinks The breakfast, you have to be very careful my both kids had tummy ack, and diarrhoea So I don’t advise anyone to go there

Services were very poor First set of sheets were not clean Even on request it was changed after five request and calls Response to room service was very poor

Management need to take care of customer complants

the room was not clean, all ameneites listed like the phone and stuff were staticiky, dirty, towels had holes in them .

everytime u call for some issue like the AC not turning on , they had to send like 3 people, one to control the remote, one to check the electrical outlets etc - mostly coming for tips .

Location, room and toilet cleanliness.

Bad Food quality( stale and bad taste) limited menu, , torn bedsheet, old defective bed mattress( caused backache), for 2nd floor also, you have to change lift twice.

Pleasant

you took approx 5000/- more for large superior twin room compared to Deluxe room. But there is no such superior room at hotel. So kindly refund the excess. I have complained at property and this your app three times. if I don’t get proper reply and refund by tomorrow, I will go to consumer court.

nothing, this property was alright before but now it seems like they have stopped maintaining it. it’s in horrible condition and smells horrible. the reception staff is rude and does not cooperate
