The Location was very accessible to the sightseeing Attractions of the City, also reachable by walking. The Personal were accomodating, very helpful and competent, also knowledgeable about the city. The receiving Room was big enough to stay /rest, where they also offered a free hot Drinks anytime. A quiet and a good Place to stay away from home.

The location at the heart of Nyhaven and its buzz is superb. I had a fabulous corner room on the first floor with large windows looking out in two directions. The windows open too - fresh air! It was a large and well-furnished room with good lighting. The staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful.
The bathroom was a bit lacking in places to put one's belongings, no shelf of any kind. The breakfast was basic, definitely only 'continental' but at a basic level with lots of things in packets etc. The hotel has what must be the smallest lift in Copenhagen, big enough for only one person with a suitcase really, however it worked reliably.
