The gate is inconvenient

We have had a wonderful stay. It’s a very clean and calm house. As we were tired after 10 intense days of travel we could rest. The hosts are very accommodating with check in and check out. They also offer meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with very fresh home cooked food at fair price. Taj Mahal is walking distance from the house.

The bed is little bit firm but OK.

udee“s homestay is a very good homestay. The owner and his wife are kind and enthusiastic. This homestay gave me the deepest feeling when I traveled to India this time. It’s almost like coming home. Next time I have fate, I will stay here again , recommend to everyone.

Udees’s place is perfect for a stay in Agra. The location was great. It’s literally a 10 minutes walk to the Taj Mahal. There are lots of restaurants around. It’s completely quiet. spotless clean and comfortable and provide help when you could need. Nice breakfast and dinner. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

This homestay was the best place we stayed at, on our 2 week holiday. Very friendly and attentive. The whole place was super clean and our room was lovely, modern and very comfortable, with strong aircon and Wifi. We had breakfast every morning of fruit, eggs, toast, tea or coffee, with a large bottle of water (which is much appreciated at anytime of the day) The dining area is on the upper floor which was spacious and nicely decorated. They also serve dinner in the evening if you want. Just make your order at breakfast (from the menu provided) and arrange a time. We did eat here just one evening and it was delicious (one veg thali and an egg curry - with rice) I would highly recommend staying here. Great value for money and only a 10 minute walk to the Taj :)

The TV was not working but in all honesty, we never normally watch TV, so it was not an issue. Just wanted to mention it!

Stay in Udees Homestay was excellent. Hosts are really kind and helpfull. They cooked us breakfast and dinner. Taj Mahal is around 15 minutes far from homestay. Room was very clean and perfect furnished.

In answer to the two questions shown. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast with a choice of Indian or Western diet. This is hotel is run by a very charming husband and wife couple. Nothing was too much trouble and they often went above and beyond all expectations. All excellent. We were very comfortable. THANKS for all your help, kindness and hospitality. Outstanding value for money.

Nice, honest, and helpful owners. Quiet location but still close to the Taj Mahal. Delicious breakfast and vegetarian dinner was available.

Rather small, crammed room which was not cleaned during our stay. The bed was very hard, just a thin mattress topper. Breakfast and dinner were served in a small room on the roof where it echoed like a church.

The staff is fantastic, I was a solo traveler (woman+French) but I felt so comfortable there, they helped me with many things (guide, taxi back to Delhi, bargaining, a disagreement with another driver who was asking for too much etc). The Indian breakfast is included. They also do dinner. The room is good for the price. Thank you for everything!

The shower is not very practical by the toilet (I got everything wet 🤣) In my room, which was the closest from the street, I could hear what was happening outside.

Excellent communication before and during the stay. Vabhi was very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Spotlessly clean. Good WiFi. Great location!

The location was really good, the owners were very helpful and accommodating. Lovely family and very polite. Just be courteous as this is a family home and they do lock the gate in the evening so if you require late night access they will need to open and close the gates.

If you would like the evening meal it is whatever the family are eating and is limited but with warning you can make a preference.

great localization- walking distance to Taj Mahal; room spacious and super clean; owners- friendly, caring and welcoming family made my stay very special. They've especially prepared food for me to have on my long journey when I was having stomach problems. Small bonus: you can see Taj from the top of the homestay :)

Everything is very clean, the family always helps, absolutely all requests are solved, excellent breakfast, the best location. Highly recommended to love this city even more. The bathroom was the most spacious I had seen in a hotel in India! The room was incredibly clean and during our stay, the hosts had upgraded on of our rooms as they had availability to do this. This was incredibly kind of them! We were provided water, tea, coffee, etc in the room and there is the option to have home cooked food for dinner and breakfast. We has the breakfast and the paratha was one of the nicest I've had in India. The family is incredibly warm and the location was perfect (as we were there to see the Taj Mahal, like most people!).

Nothing bad to stay

My hosts at Udee's Homestay went above and beyond. When I couldn't find a nearby place to wash my shoes (in time for my shoes to dry before I left), they washed them for me.I also had absolutely delicious dinners at their place. The dinners came with fresh warm bread and were a great deal. I also enjoyed the included breakfasts and the tea they gave me when they welcomed me. I also loved that the location was a short walk to the Taj Mahal. Lastly, they give great tips.

It would have been nice if the hot water lasted longer. I like to take obcsenely long hot showers.

We arrived and were greeted with a smile and a tea. They were able to accommodate our early arrival and check-in. You’ll know immediately that Udee’s Homestay care for their guests and take cleaning seriously. Dinner and breakfast was tasty and safe, room was large and clean, Wi-fi fast, 10-15minutes walk from Taj east gate. What more can you ask for?

Everything about the property. Location is perfect, walking distance from the East gate of Taj Mahal. All amenities were perfect for us. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hosts are most welcoming and made sure I was comfortable, they are lovely people. The location is great, on a fairly quiet road but very handy for the main East Gate Road food and shops. Taj Mahal east entrance is only 10 minute walk. My room was very nice, spacious, comfortable, well designed, clean with a nice bathroom that gave a hot shower at good water pressure. The wi-fi worked well as I was able to watch a movie. The included breakfast is great with plenty of options, Indian style or Continental (omelette, fruit, toast, butter, jam, tea/coffee) I also had evening meals here and they were all delicious (vegetarian only) and very good value. Do not hesitate to book your stay at Udee's as they take pride in looking after their guests and I believe you will find their quality Homestay ideal for your stay in Agra, as I did.

The butter at breakfast is very hard when served direct from the refrigerator, so it would be good to allow time for it to soften before serving to guests.

Very close to the Taj Mahal and very accommodating staff. They helped arrange an early breakfast. I had a great stay.

Going to the Taj Mahal or restaurants on foot takes you through very dirty paths.

The room was just as shown in the pictures and Vabhie, his wife and the parents were very friendly, humble and always helpful and available. Thank you for the delicious meals on the beautiful big rooftop terrace and thank you for all the recommendations. As a solo female traveller I felt safe here and the street is a good neighbourhood (it is more quiet and a bit richer area here compared to where the cheaper budget hostels closer to Taj Mahal are located). Also the way to Taj Mahal is not far (15min by foot) and if you follow the main road, very easy. Their are also tuk tuks available close to the homestay. I liked the family run vibes of Udee's Homestay and I can totally recommend this place to everyone! It is not a luxus hotel, but a simple but very nice and quite clean family run pension and totally worth the money. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were spacious. They also provided bottled water and toilet paper. They accept credit card and cash or (for Indian citizens) PhonePe.

The room was a little cold and humid during the two foggy winter days here (not humid though during sunny days! :)), but there was a small heater to fight the cold.

We were well received, nonetheless we arrived quite late.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Efficient check-in, welcome refreshments. Best stay we have had in India so far. Greatly needed after 3 poor hotels and 3 sleeper train nights. Wonderful room, spotlessly clean throughout. Every need had been anticipated. Delicious evening meal and great company chatting with our hosts. The most comfortable bed and silent room.Hot shower, hairdryer and heater provided and much appreciated. We appreciated the local advice about our trip to the Taj Mahal and apologies for being back so late to check out as the fog did not clear for 4 hours! We will always remember your kindness and hospitality and we wish you all the best for the future.
