The location was peaceful and quiet. Great if you want to relax on a nice porch in a rocking chair.

The cabin was very nice and clean…very pretty and peaceful location.

The king size bed upstairs is hard…like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. A memory foam topper is definitely necessary! We had to switch rooms and stay in the main floor bedroom…which was a little better. The hot tub had no pressure coming out of the jets…it was like taking a hot bath. We did try to adjust the nozzles but that did not work.

Ambiance of cabin. Location. Quietness.

It's seems easy that something as simple as missing light bulbs aren't replaced especially for $500/night! But again, as I've experienced every time staying at these cabins, we check in and they are missing. In this case 4 light bulbs. So you go around robbing Peter to pay Paul with other light bulbs in the cabin. Such a pain. Why?

Great location!! Close to downtown Gatlinburg, 20 minute drive into Pigeon Forge.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about it. The only thing is the hot tub wouldn’t start. How ever maintenance was prompt with getting it going!

The house was everything we wanted in a Gatlinburg getaway. It was furnished well and everything worked as intended. My family particularly enjoyed the pool table as well as the outdoor porch with rocking chairs and swing. The staff was kind and courteous. It is a short driving distance from Gatlinburg. You can also take the back roads to get to Pigeon Forge in order to avoid the heavy traffic.

The driveway is a little tricky to turn into and it is on an incline, but once you are parked it is fine.
