Everything was very good, especially the room service and the breakfast staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly; perhaps they were instructed to be that way, because everyone was exceptionally kind. They also gave me a better room than the one I had originally booked through Booking.com.

The staff at this hotel were amazing; unbelievably helpful, accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Khali, Shahid, Sumon and Al Amin - but every staff member, including those in the restaurant was brilliant. The hotel itself was impeccably kept and our room was more than adequate. there was a very minor issue with the shower, but this was fixed within minutes of being reported to the front desk. Excellent hotel in every way - great value for money, great staff and a great view from our room, also. We will definitely stay there again.
I really can't think of anything we didn't like about this hotel.
